Worthless Does not work at all even for the paid version Try to enter a date or time and it crashes At least the old SMS system worked Ill take my complaints to PATH if you dont fix your lousy app immediately Awful Fix it or Ill ask Port Authority to replace it
I use this app for the Metro North Railroad and I love almost everything about it with the exception that it never tells you whether a train is peak or off peak only how much it would cost if it was either peak or off peak Its info that is easily accessible on the schedule and should be included When that is added CooCoo will be a 5 star app for sure Peak or off peak
This app use to be my go to for traintrack info on the MNR but now it claims schedule data wont load even with internet connection format issues on new OS searching for train times and now bad data are killing it Hopefully they updatefix it soon Use to be great
It keeps freezing I havent been able to use it see I got the new os Freezes
Have only used it from JSq to Manhattan but seems to be pretty good so far This morning it did tell me about the 20 min train delay from Newark to WTC I also like the map feature since it tells you the approximate time of arrival at each station Easy to use

App is buggy I contacted customer service shortly after a bought it almost a week ago I still havent heard from them I requested a refund from Apple Im using googlemaps instead Dont waste your money
Have used the free version for years but suddenly since I installed the new operating system the app freezes when I try to modify the date or arrival or departure times I thought perhaps it had something to do with the advertisements so I deleted the free app and bought the paid app Unfortunately the problem persists Frozen App
The app worked in the early days Then it stopped working for routes between septa Penn Station Emails phone calls to the developer went unanswered The latest version no longer works at all I want a refund No longer works
They advertise Septa schedules They advertise bus info Silly of me to think they would put that together and provide Septa bus information For my purposes totally useless No Septa buses

This is a very useful clever and easy to use ap but it haș been having problems with iOS8 Lovely to be more of an Isuse on Apples side but it freezes up Contrary to what another reviewer said it did not correct itself by deleting and reinstalling Had to pay another 99 too I assume it will resolve itself eventually Still having issues with new iOS

I live in Hoboken and most of the time when I look for train times they are wrong The trains leave two minutes earlier than what it shows on this app It needs to be able to access the updated times from their website This is a new problem that only started when they issued the new schedules in March Post Sandy times are wrong

i thought the adfree version would fix this bug but changing the depart day to the future still DOES NOT WORK NOR DOES TRIP MAP OR TRIP STOPS These bugs have been active for quite a while now Seems like the company has no interest in fixing changing date on depart bug
I was a huge fan of this app when it launched but not anymore It frequently fails to load stating theres no internet connection when all other web based apps work fine Now train times are off on the Harlem line I arrived Fleetwood 951am for the 954am to GCT I see a train departing and double check the schedule in the Grand Central App to find out the train was 950am This app will be filed away to the used rarely folder This app is not very reliable

To all having issues since the update delete the app from your phone then download it again from the app store you wont be charged again Itll fix all the problems youre having I think the app is great With track s delay announcements and the extra social bit its a great tool for commuters Reinstall
I used to love this app but it is full of user issues now Time and day drop Downs dont work Maps and Stops dont work I have to use the cache a lot even though I have data available What happened Dont use or buy this I am Still looking For a Good replacement NJs ticket app called My tix Has schedules now but while its accurate they dont list the stops Ugh When was the last update

Why it is telling me to make two transfers and return to NYC and switch to PATH to get to Newark When I am originating from PATH World Trade Center Insane there are glitches that need serious work They should try using the app themselves before putting it out there Trip directions
They should put in the beeline bus schedule from Westchester New York in this app beeline bus schedule
Unless you have a solid cell signal for several minutes this app wont even load If youre coming up out of the subway pushing through all the fools and need a quick schedule you wont be able to use this This app is a horrible joke and not good for anyone in a rush Doesnt save schedules locally so you always need a cell signal Good luck with this in penn station

Great app BUT they MUST specify if a train is peak or offpeak They currently display both peak and offpeak prices for all trains so we dont know which ticket to buy A peak train should display only the peak price and an offpeak train should display only the offpeak price If they fix that THEN I would give it 5 stars PEAK or OFFPEAK
