Conversions were Okay but not impressive because of the lack of control The real problem was when I tried to delete a picture from the gallery The app simply froze         Started OK ended badly IntenseMan

Interesting and fun but very buggy on my iPhone 6 Plus Camera won t boot yes it s enabled in settings It goes to a black screen that requires a shutdown to escape Can t delete saved photos That page locks up if any buttons pushed Other than those bugs and a couple more it s entertaining and easy to use Perhaps it s some thing I m doing wrong but I don t think so         Buggy JDB1812

Pros one of the best quick paint impressionist apps I have seen Cons very little control once you choose your painting style automatically saves a painting to its own gallery each time you make a rendering program freezes when you try to delete apps in its gallery Doesn t delete them The last two are a bad combination Until it is fixed this app will be something of a memory hog Still like it though             The Good and the Bad Ahleena

Great app great effects It does sometime leave areas white but I often put it thru blender to even it out or tone down the effects Would love maybe a watercolor and colored pencil and chalk effects and definitely needs Higher resolution which I would gladly pay for                     Fabulous Shelle777

I love this program however as an artist and a painter I would never EVER leave white uncovered canvas in the middle of my canvas This is bad and the reason for the three stars I share photos with friends Many made using this can t be used or shared as an eye on a portrait or a delicate rose in a scenery will be wiped out by a blank unpainted portion of the canvas On the up side I love the oils affect Fix the blank canvas and I give it 5 stars             Fun but needs improvement Carmylita

How bout a restore button like it had on the computer version It would help make the people look more like people and less like blobs And perhaps a speed setting would be nice Sometimes the time it takes to paint the picture is a little unnecessary since that s the ONLY thing the app does But otherwise amazing for being free             Restore BolinInTheDeep

It s way to slow for a photo to transform to a painting and for a portrait to painting it doesn t look like a person after transform         Way too slow kikilala2016

I tend to take photos just whenever something grabs me visually rather than to document life events The trouble is often what I see is not what the camera sees The Paint It effects simplify extraneous details uh just like a painting and often do bring out more of what I was responding to The app also occasionally pulls some surprising rabbits out of some really awful shots I play with it all the time                 Gave me a new level of expression Douglas Furtrie

Just painted a photo I took of a bunch of grapes in our garden It was awesome to watch the picture being painted stroke by stroke Wish I could show it to you here Don t know yet how it will print out but I haven t been this excited about a picture app before                     Impressive PuzlFan

Yes I know it is free but I feel it is a bit of waste of time mine and the developers The app is OK to try it once The resolution is just unusable and the result well after you let it run doesn t actually look much different than the result from any of the usual simple quick paint effect Sort of blotched and stirred look yet it still look like processed photo Update I just discovered the new Autopainter application for iPhone It isn t free but it blows out the corel paint it by a mile The results from autopainter actually look like real painting         Free but not very appealing anyway IzabelaWhite

This is an amazing app particularly for an app that is free Despite its limited functionality this app is more than certainly worth downloading I have found it particularly useful in taking an edge off of background images making them less distracting My one complaint is that sometimes the program will choose not to utilize the hole canvas leaving white areas that obviously aren t supposed to be there This is fine for bright images as these areas were often white to begin with but with dark images it will leave blank areas with little detail areas that were obviously suppose to be black and the images are useless unless touched up in ironically Adobe s ideas app but still unless you ve got the dexterity of a surgeon and the artistic eye of well an art student it s hard to match the painting styles and colors to patch those holes I also wish you could tell it to go full bleed the white edges too when they re there can ruin an otherwise amazing lock screen or background image I highly anticipate future updates                     Great but Computer 4

The process of watching your photo transform is only entertaining enough to sit through once or twice The time it takes to do the transformation is WAY too slow to make this a useful tool Plus 5 effects is probably the smallest feature set in the photography app category This is a very minor entertainment app not a photography tool Download try it once or twice and then I ll bet you never use it again or you just delete it     Neither Useful or Entertaining sjtryon

The description says use an existing photo sounds great for iPod users oh wait I need a camera to use an existing photo What I tried to install this app and was informed that it cannot be installed because I do not have a camera Why does this app require a camera The answer is beyond me I have 5000 photos on my iPod Touch 3G but apparently that isn t good enough for Corel so I guess I won t be painting it now thanks for nothing At least I have Photoshop Express for some simple on the go editing and filters     Unusable and unnecessary MiOdd

So you can t complain too much on a free app It s really cool the way it comes out I just wish there was an option in settings to just see the results instead of watching it be painted it takes way too long I don t really care about watching it be painted Results are nice tho                 Its free Jen4t25
