The shop costcocom link is not working If you click on it it takes you to a blank page and not to its site App flaw

I dont see whats the point of creating an App If you have to get redirected to the website on safari to resign in again just to confirm youre a member and then see the price of members only products Its inconvenient The point of apps Is convenience Pointless app

Im a Costco advocate but I find this app lacking in so many ways It feels clunky and I rarely find what Im looking for Im finding myself ordering item from other companies apps that far surpass this app Amazon I also wish there was a way to pay with Apple Pay Ive Tried

Really just a list of the same coupons you get in the mail No real utilityplease please please let us use the app in place of carrying membership cards Meh

Im anxious to see what you have in mind for the new photo center but I cannot Now that its up it takes me to the full site and also wont allow me to log in Ive been waiting weeks for this to come live and Im sorely disappointed The discount is nice but only works if the site actually works Please fix ASAP Photo center up but still has issues

I been using this app often before and sometimes during shopping trips to review current sales It does great for this When using it to create shopping list it only lets me add sale items and no smart completion for other stuff It would be cool to have it auto complete for all inventory items It is possible to just type stuff in which is an ok workaround Love how my phone knows when I am in Costco and shows the app icon Very cool Keep up the good work Best way to see current sales

I have tons of pictures on my phone and I cant print them cause the app doesnt work Photo app doesnt work

Would like to see and improvement to the prescription side of the app Since I get all my Rxs from the store it would be nice to sign in and be able to choose which ones Id like to refill instead of having to reenter the rx ever single time for every single rx That way I would also be able to see how many refills I also have for a particular rx Prefer better rx feature

Very easy to use app I use it mostly to look at the current ad and it will clip the items for you that you are interested in so you can pull it up while you shop in store It also gives you quick info on nearby Costcos and is a very stable app User Friendly

Really enjoy having the coupon book in my phone and cut items to my to buy list Much more convenient than having the actual book All I mainly use it for Passbook feature for membership would be nice Way better than before

So now that the photo center is back up how do we download pics thru the app Every time I try it takes me to the full siteplease address this issue asap this is very inconvenient and frustrating not being able to download pics after waiting for so long New Photo Center

Received an email last night that the photo center was finally open Well its not opening in the app Unhappy as Ive been waiting a LONG time for it to come back One star because I only use the app for the photo center and ticked off its still not accessible Photo center

I see that only the iPhone app shows up why not an iPad app Also need to be able to sign in and stay signed in Make it more like Amazon where when you start typing results show up instead of have to do a search Add the ability to reorder recurring items previously ordered such as coffee All those would go a long way to make the app better Could be better

I prefer Costco to SAMs but I shop at both because the latter is so close to my house The SAMs club app is awesome The main things are never needing a club card again preshopping onljne and having a filled cart ready to go when you arrive and the pharmacy prescriptions piece So nice Please Costco youre better than SAMs in almost every way dont let them destroy you on app quality First item on my wish list would be integrating the club card Take a page from SAMs

I have tried to be patient I understand the security issues However when the website is up taking picture orders at a reduced rate for the inconvenience the reduced rate should continue until the mobile app is operational again I have a large quantity of pictures waiting to be printed on my iPad that I cannot get done because the mobile app sends me to the full website To download pictures it says to click drag Im sorry I cannot do that Photo Center

With the new update the photo center link of the app does not work Now the app seems useless Photo app no longer works

Ok so thought I would try this app again Well cant do anything when Warehouse Information Not Available Have tried 4 different times including deleting and reinstalling plus soft reset etc Would have given no stars if that was option Unable to locate warehouse

Since I have downloaded this app the Warehouse Locator has never worked No matter how many time I turn ON the setting and make sure my phones location setting is turned onStill cant get the app to work Locator never works

Nice white screen Nothing else Too disappointing to be Costco associated This product would never be accepted for sale in one of the Costco stores Ill wait for the next update which I hope will be of Costco quality App is not good enough to be Costco

Very clunky Just use web browser its exactly the same thing Issues 1 No Touch ID login 2 Doesnt have option to keep users logged in 3 Order Status page defaults to additional options vs just defaulting to last 6 months purchases 4 No electronic membership ID icon just takes you to membership card options Im those extremely loyal buy almost everything from Costco customers but your app is one of the worst Ive seen App still horrible

This app has nothing but awesome I have ordered several appliances along with smaller items and have never had an issue This app is friendly and easy to use I dont understand some of the other low ratings This app truly works as advertised Super convenient

Costco is great but this app is a terrible disservice to costco members Its a thin wrapper around a not very good mobile website I could forgive all that if it had some usefulness Please just add a passbook membership card Why do i need to keep a costco card in my wallet if you could easily put it in this app No passbook membership card

Very disappointed in costcos ppoor functionality for my iPhone 4 The download time was the longest Ive ever expncd but I took the bait bcuz their online shopping via safari on my fone kept freezing up I am getting only white screens I was shopping online bcuz my local warehouse only had the inexpensive flea tick meds for 33 lb and smaller dogs despite previously carrying it I wish there was more continuity in the products U find something u like and it is not there after 2 or 3 purchasesbut they DO have 22K bottles of single malttotally stupid This will make me drop membership if it continues Non functional mobile apps
