Nice work Cox                 Very helpful for me

I just want to check voice mail and it worked for about a week Now it crashes before even starting up Please fix it COX     This app blows

I had to give it one star but not even worth that     Garbage

Worked fine at first but has not worked in months and cox is doing nothing to it uverse here I come     Crashes

When I first started using this app it was great But now every time I try to use it it crashes I cant get past the open screen without it closing out This has been an issue for months now PLEASE COX get it fixed     Crashes all of the time

Who has cable these days     The only thing Cox does well is raise prices

Have the developers taken the time to even try their own app Searching for a program is an exercise in frustration The iPad version is the size of the iPhone screen Well done     Useless piece of garbage

The app takes forever to load Not worth it The idea is good but it takes forever to get to the channel you want Specially if you are looking for one of the HD channels with are in the high 1000s Takes forever        So slow

I dont understand why the functionality of this app isnt just folded into the other Cox TV Connect app This app stutters often and can be quite slow but I like the idea Execution is just flawed The biggest bug is that it still uses the gps even after you leave the app You have to force quit the app to get it to turn off           Why 2 Apps

Lots of crashing lately when I am pulling up the phone log I uninstalled it and reinstalled but still has the same issues        Crashing

So far its been working great for me My only issue is that Iwish I could stop recordings from the iPad Otherwise everything is great My family really likes the visual voice mail like thing for our home phone that comes with this app The last star would be given if you could stop recordings from the app              If only you could stop

How can such a giant multi media company create such a worthless app All this app does is buffer Try scrolling through the channel guide line up more than 5 lines at a time and it stops and buffers for 30 seconds to get caught up Every time you try to search or go to a different channel it stops and buffersagain Waiting waitingwaitingforget it its not worth it Crappy app     Crappy app

Someone from Cox should upgrade this App I agree this is Garbage Why does Cox have to deploy this without quality control Thats why youre losing customers     Your Apps

I get the channels USA and SyFy in addition to a bunch of other ones Ive used it for a couple of days now and the app has been great So far so good I would recommend it                 Love it

I pay for Cox cable and can watch streaming sports on ESPN3 for free and was exited to get the app so I could watch it on my iPad Oops Thats not an option Not sure why not Its not even worth 1 star without this feature     Disappointed

Favorite channels does not work Waste your time adding channels and it says no channels added Utterly worthless garbage for my 100 per month Thanks cox     MORE USELESS JUNK FROM COX

After giving them 6 months to correct all of the problems from before I went through great pains to get it back on my ipad It is still a terrible app takes a loooong time to open does not hold your selection if you leave the app freezes mid show no record or reminder option no sleep option no network channels takes a looooong time to load your selected program oh yea did I mention IT FREEZES ALL THE TIME Deleted again 3rd time     Still terrible

Functionally this app is excellent When it works its extremely convienient However 99 of the time it crashes immediately on startup Ive tried it on both our iPads including reinstalling but the same issues persist     Great when it works which is rare

Ive had this app for a couple of years now and it never seems to get any better Why would an Internet service provider have such a terrible app        It has never worked well

Error 102 at login Tech troubleshooting pretty worthless I had to give them my password to escalate the trouble call The app worked for a bit until I changed my passwordgo figure     Not very useful

If you can get direct tv in your area SWITCH Cox vultures have received my final 120 monthly payment Get better iPad TV support and customer service with direct Ill vote with my     cox trash

ALWAYS opens with an error message that you are having technical difficultytry again later I have to click on through to get to the TV schedule Please correct this annoyance           Error message

Its astonishing a company with this market cap could put so little into this app Its incredibly slow lacks detail for most programs and its ability to scroll quickly through channels is abysmal Spend some money guys this isnt that hard check out directtvs app     So basic its missing key features

Even when I select the option for the app to remember my usernamepassword it does not I have to switch to 1Password to look up my password every time I try to use the Cox app which is annoying When browsing TV listings theres no way to quickly jump between channels so it takes forever to go from channel 1 to the HD channels which are the ones Im interested in I always give up trying to use this app in favor of the guide on the cable boxits just too annoying trying to see whats on with the app     Not much use

Cox continues to fascinate me on how poor their customer service and product mix is After spending two years of joy on DirectTV we moved and had cox set up for Internet and TV With our first contact with their customer nonservice dept I was reminded why I left them This app is just one more demonstration of their inability to understand their customer and deliver any quality products Limiting slow clunky and dont expect contour to be any better they should spend more money and product development and less on marketing But over 20 years of horribly terrible service will never be changed     Like all things cox expect the worst and you wont be disappointed

Ok this app reminds me of the first days of the iPhone when just having an app was enough Now we want to actually have some functionality or there is no point I have Cox for high speed internet the speed on the Ultimate service are amazing and a digital phone account for the house This app has no use for anything internet relatedno service bulletins or status pay and no webmail So that leaves the phone line and billing for me The apps phone support is just passable I can see all the incoming and out going phone activity and listen to my voicemail messages and delete them What I cannot do is change any settings with regard to the email of my voice messages or setup any blocking of calls I do not want Billing is frustrating You can setup a payment which is fine What is not good is you can only VIEW your PDF billing statements You cannot print themor save them or open them in another app Let me archive the bill Lastly I found it strange that I not allowed to view the Cox TV listings since I dont have Cox TV Just from a marketing perspective what harm could there be in letting me see what Cox has on Maybe I might see something that makes me think about giving up DirecTVnot likely but maybe Overall this app is embarrassingly weak Cox should be able to do better than this        A very basic app
