This app is terrible It is slow and rarely works Not sure why they have not worked this out yet Terrible
It used to work but now its broken It continuously shows disarming I uninstalled and installed it several times but doesnt work Please fix it Apple watch functionality not working
Its rare like about 10 of the time that this app works Armingdisarming the system or changing the temperature shouldnt take 10 attempts before it works would be nice if it worked
When locking or disarmingarming from the control panel the app doesnt sync to display the current status of the security system App Sync
Looks nice easy to use does basic functions What I would like is to set a schedule For some reason this seems elusive Decent app that does basic functions
I try to arm the alarm with my phone when I am the last one out and it says that it cant verify that the command was received ie it didnt do anything It is frustrating and a little worrying that the app doesnt work better Needs to be fixed in case the need arises to use in an emergency Also it shows that the system is unlocked when it isnt or vice versa Again this is also important to fix Hangs all the time and doesnt update well
Works as advertised security system installed 3 days now no issues with the app at this time College students in our house she can open garage the door with the app let herself in without buying her another garage door opener she lost one love the thermostat feature away at vacation etc check the house temp see if there is any issues Hope this app stays true Great app

When it works it is great but that is not often Very frustrating when I come home and am trying to turnoff my alarm before I go in and it just hangs forever Waste of time to try then I have to go in and use the keypad anyways As much as we pay for services they could at least make it work like they advertise In a true emergency I doubt I could even access my system in time Disappointed that Im locked in a contract Only works half the time
Great app but major bugs It seems to be having a connection issue My internet is strong even my cellular signal is strong and yet just about every time I go to arm or disarm the system it sits there blinking and never changes I then have to shut off the app and reopen it and try again and see if I get lucky Sometimes it arms it and the app tells me it isnt armed When it works its great But thats less than half the time The camera which is on 247 doesnt always connect either And its delay is horrible This app needs major updates Please for our safety that would be great Poor connection
Very unimpressed with the new update The app doesnt seem like it is syncing with to my system and will take a very long time to arm or disarm it I have to continuously restart the app and attempt to armdisarm the system which could take upwards of 5 times or more before I get fed up with it The is no point in having the app if it doesnt work the way it is intended too I get home from work at 6am and since the app doesnt work properly I constantly set my alarm off when entering my home which wakes everyone up Please fix this issue Unimpressed
Love the alerts if there are any issues Being able to arm and disarm from anywhere is great Customer service is amazing They called to tell me my smoker detector battery needed changed and were even able to tell what kind of batteries it took Love this app
Suggestion to App Developer The white on the screen in portrait mode while viewing a camera view is blinding in low light situations We need our brightness turned up for clarity and the white above and below the camera view is blinding on an iPhone or iPad Also when turned in landscape mode to view the white at the bottom is just as bad Please modify the view like Schlage and other apps so the border is gray or black any dark color so we arent looking into a blinding light Please Please add a 911 button in the Security System page pop up messagewarning after pressing it requiring is to press it again to avoid gals calls Allow camera to auto record for 1 2 5 min or as long as motion is detected while alarm is activated in Stay mode Camera View Blinding please fix911 optionstay record options
The app struggles to confirm mobile commands It takes much longer then it needs to Sometimes 10 minutes to confirm This can be a critical security problem Fix some bugs
I have used this app for several years now with no problems But now I cannot see video on either of two iPhones or my tablet CPI has checked with me and has determined that the camera is working okay There is evidently a glitch with this app Video problems

The App does not calibrate well with the home system It always shows my doors open and does not communicate well as when the system is armed I have contacted support twice since install a month ago and no one has offered to fix the issue Needs work

I like using the CPI app on my iPhone but when I try using it on my Apple Watch to arm or disarm my alarm it crashes and then wont work again until I uninstallreinstall it on my phone Is this a unique error in the population Phone App works but doesnt synchronize with Apple Watch
Its great I just wish that it would be updated to get the look of iOS 8 with the iPhone 6 6 Plus layout I also wish that there would be an option to where it would record if its on stay and theres a motion or a way that you can push the police or fire option on your phone Great app CPI just keep working to make it better Great but

The app doesnt sync well Whenever my keypad says armed my app will say disarmed and vice versa It also states 58 sensors are open when my keypad says they are closed and ready to arm Although I like the ability to arm andor disarm from my phone I do not like that I cannot trust the app to be accurate Disappointed in syncing ability

My full screen video stays for half second then disappears back to small screenannoying One door reports as open which the panel also says so I would think I would get a notification after say a couple of hours every hour until rectified Issues with full screen video and door monitoring
The app is out of sync with our alarm system I am looking at the clearly armed to stay house panel and the app says that it is not I have tried to disarmrearm whilst standing next to said panel to no avail Out of sync
This app is veryvery slow to update It does not show real time activity and please dont be in a hurry to unarm your system with your iPhone It takes forever Maybe one day CPI will put out an update with bug fixes for this app Slow to Update

Decent app but please fix bug with video when I try to enlargefullscreen the video window on the iPad it says large for a half second then snaps back to small size I see others are having the same problem Please fix bug

The app itself works fine for me But by creating a WIDGET for the app to be used on the iPhone pull down it could be a lot more user friendly Could be better
Love the app Bugs remain a lingering issue When ever I open the app and deactivate my alarm it just wont sync or turn off Subsequently when I open the door thinking it has the alarm goes off Please fix Its been way too long Wouldve been 5

We recently switched to the wireless system We previously had extra keypad in bedroom but were advised wouldnt need one with phone access Well if something happens during the night the keypad is across the house but phones are in the room with us Policefirepanic on the phone would be great Otherwise appsystem working fine Needs to add emergencypanic
App doesnt allow you to bypass certain sensors when arming and I have to arm away using app when home to make use of my motion sensor in garage If I arm away from inside home it reverts to arm stay disarming my motion detector Needs much more work
Ive used this app for several years now My favorite features are the various notifications Especially the leave your home one The app is very easy to use It adds another layer of comfort when youre away from home The camera quality is very good Excellent App
Not only have we not been able to arm from the app but even when manually arming the app says it isnt armed This feature was a big selling point so not being able to remotely armdisarm is very frustrating App has been spotty
I love being able to armdisarm from app When looking at larger camera view by turning phone horizontally there is a thick white bar across the bottom that obstructs quite a bit of viewing area Wish it wasnt there Works pretty well
But more often doesnt set the alarm correctly and has no panic option Fine when it works
Great concept for automating ones home but hugely inconsistent Locks show unlocked when actually unlocked Alarm showes armed but actually unarmed Notifications automatically turn themselves off Lighting modules onoff inconsistent and works randomly Great idea but needs work
I think its a good and helpful app however my husband often forgets to set our alarm and I would feel so much safer if it would have a panic button that could be pressed from the app It would be an easy and beneficial addition similar to the functionality of the key fob button If I hear an intruder coming into my house I want to reach over open my app press the panic alarm and hear that CPI voice shouting at my unwelcome guest Please add this CPI NEEDS A PANIC BUTTON ASAP

The arming disarming using apple watch is broken It gives a snippet of iOS code and remains in state of arming with wait cursor for eternity Otherwise the iPhone app is awesome Apple watch functionality broke
This is a great app we use it everyday CPI
Works half the time ArmDisarm rarely connects and just flashes Camera feature works well but the rest is bunk Crap
Works just as it should Handles basic functions like arming disarming quickly Fingerprint access to app makes security a breeze Gives history of alarm status and openings of doors I use it all the time Home user
