This is a joke The servers no nothing about this program and have no idea how to apply credits It is all done manually meaning that they have to write down my card number from the app then they have to find a manager who goes away somewhere while we wait and then maybe they will come back with points or reward applied You have an iPhone app with no automation Really This program is horrible

Please fix the alert notification It has been on my screen for months And its driving me up the wall It will not go away Ive even upgraded my phone and it just carried over to the new phone ALERT NOTIFICATION

This app seldom works While in the restaurant it tells me there are no CPKs near me It rarely loads properly even using CPK wifi I get server warnings the wifi may be fake I have re downloaded the app several times Still no luck Im done with it Needs work

The app worked occasionally until I upgraded to iPhone 6 plus now it cant find me by rewards number or username Says my account still exist when I go to cpk Disappointed in the app Bad experience App Says I dont exist but Im registered

App used to generate a code to give my server when I checked in at a CPK but for some months now I try to check in and it boots me out without giving me a code It means my server now has to look up my account number Please fix Recurring bug

This App doesnt update your rewards like it use to I have been to CPK twice in 2 months and my points havent changed I can get my check in code but amount is still the same Rewards

Finally an app for my favorite restaurant So easy to sign up great interface and a rewards program that I can wrap my head around Cant get enough of CPK

New version crashes when you try to use the online ordering feature App has never been that great Points rarely get applied Store staff doesnt know what a short code is No point transaction history only a balance Seems like CPK has no integrated IT strategy between web mobile and instore POS All system seem disparate and disconnected Need better development management Online ordering crashes app

Doesnt locate a nearby restaurant when i am sitting inside a CPK trying to locate restaurants App overall needs some work Just ok

The app worked perfectly until I upgraded to iOS8 Now when you click on account and try to change cards it flips back without letting you add an account or select a different rewards card NEEDS AN IOS 8 FIX Need to fix for iOS 8

App is ok but needs a few updates Ability to edit user info from app as my name is wrong Also might be nice to be able to order or pay from app Also you could add pizza games or trivia for bored patrons or kids Would be nice if you would allow customers to know how much they have spent or how much more they need to spend to get rewards You might also reward customers who come in frequently but might not spend as much as one large party who might only come in once a month or less Last 5 for every 100 is a bit cheap Would be much better if it was at least 10 especially for your really loyal customers Changes needed

For finding a location or checking in for rewards this app works really well However ordering online is a nightmare It doesnt give the option of ordering multiples of an item and it flat out rejects other items what do you mean I cant order dessert After resigning myself to what I could order and going through all the screens it wouldnt acknowledge that I have a CPK Rewards card and it waited until the very last step before sending an unintelligible error message that lasts for ten seconds and then disappears After asking around I found Im not the only one who has had trouble Check in Great Order online AWFUL

I always get this message even though i am on Wifi and have 4G LTE signal Error A connection failure occurred Also it constantly says loading but never actually loads Never works

Was able to sign up for an account while waiting for the check Waiter showed me how to use it Thanks Works well and fast

This is a terrible app because the workers at cpk dont even know this app exists So when I asked what I needed to do to get point he didnt know there was such a thing Then you have to give a code and find server its a mess Really bad

Unless you read all your junk email CPK rewards seem to never give you anything No Rewards

The last 2 times I checked in and gave the waiters my but I dont seem to have gotten the credit Really annoying since the last time was a 250 bill Also once I couldnt even check in Pointless rewards system since I never get it I never get my credits

So easy to use Love the checkin feature Makes it easy to go cardless and not have to give up my phone at the store Use this all the time for pick up orders Love the checkin option

Not sure why the others say it doesnt work because it does I have a 4s and husband has a 5s works fine on both Although the red text on the blackwhite photo background in the locations screen is really harsh on the eyes Works fine

As a previous employee Im glad to see CPK finding new innovations such as this rewards program The company involved in this app does have its limitations One day I found myself along with other customers getting request time out errors From there onward Ive lost my appetite for the rewards program Also rewards program could be better deals arent great Okay when it works

it doesnt tell you what your accumulated rewards are which seems like it should have been objective number 1 it has a slider for ads some less useful functional social and location buttons and a place to store my rewards card number I feel like this app was launched really prematurely with more thought to visuals than to function I dont understand this app

Downloaded the update tried to order online at various locations but the app keeps crashing App keeps tracks of your pizza dough total a list of nearby CPKs with directions thats about it Its a bearbones app so dont expect much Online Ordering causes the app to crash

We visit CPK about twice a month and were excited to see this app and rewards program Unfortunately there are no clear instructions regarding how to accumulate or redeem points Do I hand my phone to my waiter Do I just check in It was our waitress first week on the job so we gave her a break on not knowing the details Unclear Instructions

I have a lovehate relationship with it It wont let me correct my birthday under account settings Whenever I try to order the BBQ chicken salad I cant because it forces me to add or subtract items and then says Im not adding or subtracting what is required So I just call my orders in But it does save your card nbr and your dough money Not quite sure about this app

The app needs to display all available rewards and when they expire To have to check your email to see your rewards expiration date makes the app useless IMO Under my account it shows the total spent add the rewards available for use there Notifications would be a nice feature also the amount added to account and any rewards or surprises available This app needs work

I have an iPad not an iPhone or iPod This app does not show up correctly on the iPad Its window is cut in half so information on lower half is hard to view I have deleted and reinstalled the app but that does not fix the problem There does not seem to be any place to actually complain or inform someone about this Not for the iPad

This app needs to show what your purchase history is WITH DATES because sometimes the spend does not register in the app perhaps due to waitstaff who drop the ball Needs spend history wDates

When trying to order food from this app you have no way to select the quantity so you can never move to the next screen Needs a total rewrite Stupid

So Im relieved to find out its not just me My local CPK doesnt know how to use the app either I come with my check in code and they stare at me blankly Sometime they ask for my name and sometime for the whole long account number and 50 of the time I dont get credit yet they say its easier than using the check in code The app is ok but I agree that successfully integrating the app into the whole experience is a critical part of evaluating it hence the 1 star review Just because you can hire some coding firm to build you an app doesnt mean you are now hip or with it Clueless Pizza Kitchen

I received a message to check my app to see if I won 100000 Yeah I probably won it but will never know Please fix the app Update 12162014 After reinstalling a few times it is finally working Yay Crashes Never works
