I can not figure how to start the watch or timer like they show on the second screenshot I wish it had timer intervals configured by the user and I wish the app did not lock the screen or the option to select to autolock the screen or not How do you start the watch

I used it for biking and for paddling too I would like to be able to use it with the podcast at the same time Not with music but with podcast Thank you for this great app Great app
