Same problem as other reviewers subscription is paid can t get magazine to download no one knows how to fix     Can t get issue to download 2missy
I renewed on June 5th and have a paid receipt for a year which ends in 2016 It won t automatically d l like it use to Keep being given the run around with links that don t work It also won t recognize my correct email and password What am I going to do I m going to start raising hell and keep after them to do the right thing by U S Better business bureau will also get a filing against New TrCk Media and magazine itself     Worst customer service Clsurz
I regret subscribing to this magazine I wasted my money I didn t download most of my issues by the time my subscription was about to expire When I tried to log in to the app it would did not recognize my Apple login and password I called their support group and I was told to delete the app reinstall it clear purchases and try it again but without success They could see my subscription but were unable to figure out why I was unable to log on either online or via my iPad I was told to try the app store I contacted the app store support 1st email and they sent me the usual links telling me how to install the app and how to verify the subscription in my account but nothing about how to troubleshoot it They suggested that if their links didn t solve my problem I should contact the vendor and supplied the link to their support I emailed support 2nd email and explained that I couldn t access my subscription electronically They asked me for the subscriber code on the mailing label of my magazine I wrote back 3nd email explaining that I had an electronic subscription explained again that I couldn t access my account and attached the email from Apple notifying me that the subscription was about to end They replied that they couldn t open the attachment I resent the attachment 4th email While I was waiting for Creative Embroidery Magazine to reply I contacted Apple again 5th email and was sent two more links that didn t apply to troubleshooting problems with apps I replied 6th email that the links didn t apply and was sent two more links that didn t apply I received a third email from Creative Machine Embroidery telling me that this wasn t their problem and to contact Apple I replied 7th email that Apple s stated policy to for customers to work through the vendors directly Further I honestly don t care what the exact problem is I just want the issues I have already proved I have paid for One week later I have still not received a reply This has not been a problem with other magazines I have ordered from other vendors Any email written to their support has resulted in a quick solution to my problem I still don t have to access to any of the issues I purchased with my 1 year subscription and no refund     Non Existent Support Abrasrose
With iOS 8 and updates this app has worked for about a week and I have lost ALL of my issues at least three years worth What a waste     Hands down the WORST MissPlucky

Since the update in January 2015 This app is terrible Crashes every time you try to open it Even after clean reload and restart of the iPad I have already paid for a digital subscription and should not also have to pay for a print version also I will not renew my subscription if this continues     New format is bad Hlbrott
I don t know who created your new app format but it is awful It crashes constantly and I have deleted and re downloaded several time Your developer needs to go back to the drawing board The old format was much better If this continues I will discontinue my subscription     Crashes Suseque

This is good magazine however after purchasing the annual purchase you cannot login to get added items and the 800 customer number never answers the phone stayed on hold over an hour and still no person They have way to have them call you back but they never call back How do we get the magazines if you cannot get them downloaded on the ipad If it is fixed for logging in it will be great             good but kbnothome
