FYI this is the 5th time I ve tried to post a review and it erases content when it says the nickname is already used doesn t even let you edit It was great to input all of your information unfortunately it doesn t save anything when the version updates We backup content apps all of the time This is the ONLY one that didn t not back up or save any content within iTunes You email back and forth with Syami the app maker and they blame you for not backing it up No resolution Not to mention the 43 per month for increased data storage Total rip off Horrible app customer service R-off-1
I was super happy with this app until I discovered it didn t save any of my work Loved that let me customize my own templates so I didn t have to spend extra time typing out the same information over and over I spent HOURS plugging in all the information for my customers Turned my iPad on the next day and POOF all my customers were gone What a jip Thanks for nothing Doesn t save your work Cassandrastorm11

I had issues with this app from the beginning and while support was good and they eventually added an update to fix the issues I am greatly disappointed The functionality is mediocre at best But what really was a slap on the face was the 400 price increase from 9 99 per month to 39 99 per month that was slapped on me the day before my free trial ran out This is a teenagers version of an office keeping program and totally NOT WORTH MORE THAN 400 per year I can also not access the data in the app from my computer or second ipad Only accessible through the iPad I input the information into Save your money for a real computer app or a programmer Stay away Shelleyp823
