Like many other subscribers mentioned there is a flaw in the app been a subscriber and yet it says sign up my child is unable to use the app App makes one go in circle and no solution very frustrating     Disappointed becuaseineedanickname

Same as all the other bad reviews My son really liked the app And now we can t log in Keeps asking if I am an adult and to put in my age and the only years it show is in the 10 000 BE there is no way to reset the password to log in     Terrible app Dspecular

We started with with free trial then upgraded to the monthly subscription My kids love this application and all that it has in it So we bought the 1 yr subscription and now 6m later the app can not be accessed My kids can t even open the app on their iPads now And can t get in touch with anyone to fix this     Not working now that I ve paid cstingray76
