These are oddball bikes presented beautifully It does not feel like they tell any sort of story arc of the evolution of the bicycle The presentation with the timeline would indicate that you could get an understanding of the evolution of the bicycle over the century But you cant These all seem to be quirky failures but interesting failures I would love for this format to be applied to bike successes and adopted innovations              Oddities

This is a beautiful app Sort of a coffee table book that I spent 2 hours yesterday browsing without realizing it Very cool to see some design features that i thought were modern were actually used in the 1930s If you like bicycles get this But I agree with the other reviewers Why no recumbents                 Great beautiful

I had seen a mention of the book coming out in a magazine a couple of months back I noticed the book at our local bookstore and was amazed by the photos I went online that night and discovered it was available as an app So I bought it instantly It is by far the coolest thin on my iPad You get so much more than you would with the book for less money I took it to our local bike shop and they were amazed I love all the great things you can do with the pictures The photos are amazing and super high quality Some bikes even have videos that go along with them I cant say enough about this app You will love it if you are a bike nut like me                 A must for any bike nut

Nicely designed with a lot of supporting pictures videos and even brochures when available Beautiful photographs with the ability to rotate each bike on a horizontal axis If youre into bike designs or just beautiful industrial design in general you will love this app                 My favorite iPad app

This is a fantastic app The bike collection is super The commentary is informative and authoritative And the interface is also excellent Cyclepedia is worth twice the price Then today I find that they have improved the app with added bikes a new jersey collection and more They have made something great even better I love the the 360 viewer of the collection in the attic those of you who have the app know what Im talking about Its cool and I show everybody the virtual capabilities of the iPad Is the bike collection complete Not quite there are other bikes that have historical or technological significance But Im not a completist trying to make this app and Embachers collection something its not trying to be It is his collection of bikes served up with tasty photos interactive features and a love for cycling that comes through every part of this great app Treat yourself                 Not just for bike fans

I dont like having to download over a gig every time this app has some little tweak to it I appreciate updates but bandwidth aint free Get this stuff condensed down              An app this big needs to cut down on the updates

This is lots of fun and a beautifully designed app These bikes though are anything but iconic These are oddities and design dead ends from 100 years of bike history I hope that they release another volume that focuses on the true icons of cycling history In the meantime this is a stunning template              Oddities rather than icons

Its well created and has great information for each bicycle BUT it almost exclusively focuses on the diamond frame There are no Recumbents to speak of okay maybe one tandom so this eliminates a significant amount of bicycle innovation           Moderate Collection
