I m always so frustrated logging into this app Wish the bank would listen to feedback You have to use your acct to login then type in the password each time because their is NO save password option there is also NO quick biometric login I have a tendency to use my Mountain America account more than this account because the app is terrible I also have to have my darn login unlocked at least 4 times a year since the password has to put in each time     This is the absolute worst financial app Atoopeeaaa

The Cyprus Credit Union website is one of the absolute worst I have ever used It is not intuitive at all and it makes you jump through hoops to get done what you need to do This app is the same Why on earth would you need to authorize mobile use of your accounts on their website before being able to use the app You also have to set up an access code on their website in order to use certain features within the app This makes no sense whatsoever There are better ways of verifying information My recommendation to Cyprus is to hire someone who actually knows how to design a website and an app It is well worth the money to not frustrate your users to no end Please give up the complex database driven interface and implement something user friendly that is intuitive and makes sense Take a look at other loan or banking apps for an example I can give them my money in less than 30 seconds With this app I really had to struggle to give you my money and after 10 minutes I gave up and used the website anyway The goal is to make it as easy as possible for people to give you money i e make payments Your app and your site both mess this up big time     Just as terrible as the website Renmotigo

This app is useful when it s actually working I m constantly getting stuck on the loading screen makes me sign in 2 3 times Kicks me off while I m still using it etc It s rare that I can usually do anything on it And Cyprus website is about the same         Needs improving Richierich871

I love the app It s so convenient to be able to check account balances recent transactions and make transfers from my phone The only downfall for me is the login why does it make me login twice sometimes How about a pin for quick login so I don t have to type out my account and password TWICE Oh and the layout is a bit confusing It s hard to differentiate between debits and credits 5 stars from me once these are corrected             Convenient Lv4soccer

Just got this app which like others I ve been waiting for and can t use it I ve tried to log in over a dozen times and keep getting a message that my password is incorrect After getting this a few times I tried logging into my account through my browser and found that my password was now also considered incorrect there So I reset and changed the password and logged in Then I tried to log in through the app again And again I was told that I had an incorrect password I m completely frustrated     No correct password Squashify
