I was really disappointed at first but finally realized on my iPhone the sound won t work if I have my ringer set to vibrate Once I switched to ringer on the sound worked Also check app settings to make sure narration is turned on Would still be nice if they fixed it so it would work regardless of how the ringer is set                     Sound Chandsmom
