I used to be able to use the check balance feature but now its not working Please fix asap        Check balances doesnt work

I have not had a problem but with update I can no longer take a photo with dcu app to deposit checks As I live an hour away from nearest bank I need to use the app to deposit checks The app is now useless to me as I can do online banking with laptop I can no longer deposit checks Please fix app as others have the same problem     Check deposit camera not working

Compare to all other national Banks it accepts deposits quickly without much rescan It could have been better if it confirms before logging out instead of one touch Also should support diff 4 digit mobile password After recent security enhancements its tough to enter multi character pw in mobile                 Good mobile deposit

I have the latest version as of 8202015 and recently the date range option stopped working When you choose a date range between three months it still defaults back to the last 10 days Ive changed the date range for say Recent transactions and I cant see anything beyond the default setting           Date Range stopped working

Much info needs to be shown on DCU Visa including credit line etc sometimes I do forget how much credit I have All these details need to be shown Update needed           Credit Line Missing

Needs the ability to addeditdelete recurring payments in Bill Payer           Not bad

No feature for statements           Ok app

When you get to the point in the deposit where you need to take a photo of the check the app immediately crashes upon taking the photo I deleted it and redownloaded the app but it made no difference Update its been broken for over a year now COMPLETELY USELESS if you need to deposit a check     Crashes when making a deposit

I would recommend this app to anyone                 Always was and still is a tremendously useful app

User friendly does have great features has a few times froze but worth it              Looks good

Im glad DCU has an app I didnt expect them to that says a lot about their adoption of technology If you just need to check your balance transfer funds or deposit a check then this app is sufficient However if you do most of your banking onlinevia mobile the app as well as DCUs online experience is perfunctory DCUs overall online banking experience is from the dark ages Its time to support things like notes tags budgets chartsgraphs and notifications to name a few Not only does the app interface lack aesthetics some basic functions like notifications incomeexpenditure graphs and simplified pinpattern login for mobile are missing sure Touch ID is cool but not everyone has it If Im going to trust a financial institution with my money I expect them to provide excellent tools to manage those funds Unfortunately this app doesnt make the grade        Nothing special

I was very pleased upon getting my iPhone 6 to see that the DCU app had the TouchID function It has worked really well for me and it is a great addition to the security features DCU provides It also makes for a very easy and quick login Made me proud to see that DCU was keeping up with the latest innovations especially since my BOFA mobile banking app still doesnt support TouchID which is a total bummer Keep up the great work DCU              Very pleased with TouchID integration

The latest update says it works with the Apple Watch but I cant get it to work on either the iPhone or the Apple Watch              Would be better if Check Balance feature worked for Apple Watch

Excellent Touch ID integration and online deposit easily make this a five star app                 Touch ID and online deposit work great

This app is good for the amount of mobile banking that I do However some nice to haves would be keep payees hidden on bill pay allow a description when transferring funds from one account to another These are available on the PC version but not the mobile app           Bill payer hide payees

Works great But consistently crashes when attempting to view my Mortgage ac transactions in a given date range that exceeds 90 days I know there is a 90 day limit but people may not mentally calc the days when selecting the date range              Great app

Any update on making a check deposit via the app The camera NEVER captures the back of the check correctly That is the main reason I use this app Please fix it        The deposit feature has gotten worse

This app works great for me Easy clean clear Im not a heavy user but I can easily access all the information I need                 Works great

I have the iPhone 6 and am not given any option to use the fingerprint option     No sign of the fingerprint login option

They are the best no question Ive been banking with DCU for over a year now and they are by far the best to work with They approve online deposits at the most insane times and they have the best service around no question Just switch to them you wont be disappointed                 You wont find a better bank

This is a great app to begin with and all provided features work as expected But it lacks few other musthave features like View Statements hence 3 stars Something which is used greatly in other apps It would be lovely to see that feature in the next version           Good but should provide additional features

Wondering when DCU will have Apple Pay           Apple Pay

I have seen the banking apps from other big banks they tend to do too much or too little and put the customeruser convenience at the low end But thats not the case with DCU I love the app with the new Touch ID integration Depositing the checks using the mobile app and having that money available in just minutes is awesome I do not have the DCU physical location in my state but the app makes sure that I am taken care of all the same Bravo to DCU App team Very user friendly app                 Touch Id makes this a 5 star app

It worked fine with iOS 80 but does not properly launch after upgrading           Does not work with iOS 81 on iPhone6

This app is great It can do all the basic things I need However the check balances feature does not seem to be working especially not on the apple watch              Great app better if all of it worked

When I attempt to deposit a check the camera wont work It crashes the app all together     Camera for check deposit isnt working

Reg D is federal legislation that doesnt allow you to make more than 6 electronic transfers out of your savings every month Its not the app its the government App blows me mind and it cured my aids                 In response to a complaint

Dcu app is the best and very comparable with Capital one and Amex Touch ID check deposit pay bills everything from your iPhone This app rocks                 Coolest app

Complete rewrite from previous review Overall the app is solid The scanning and depositing of checks works much better than the previous really pretty easy now Checking deposits transactions and balances works well and makes the app very useful However this version very broke the message deletion feature again which worked okay in the previous version but had the same problem in a rev before that              Better but new bug added

They did not even fix the old bugs This app is constantly crashing and you can still not delete out messages from the interface It does little more than allow you to transfer money from one account to another     Bugs were not fixed

Touch ID integration is awesome Those having trouble need to turn on the Remember member option to get at this feature                 Great update

Very useful for verifying balances transfers and paybills The deposit tool is completely broken I was trying to deposit a cheque with amount greater than 10k but cant move past step 2           Liked

Every single time I try to transfer money to my different accounts it will not allow me It just says would exceed regular D limit Please fix this as I am soooo sick of this     Im so sick of this

Cannot type anything in the fields as no keyboard or cursor ever appears on the popup menu Sad that my yearsold Droid 3 has to be my deposit device to use DCU online deposit instead of my new iPad 2     Does not work for iPad 2

Depositing checks before used to be so easy now takes 20 minutes for the image to be recognize I have to take pictures over and over again before the check is actually recognized     What happened

I just update the app and I have the iPhone 6 It doesnt even give me the option to use the fingerprint scanner instead of typing in my password I was greatly looking forward to that        Ehhh

Hello guys I keep getting an error that reads unspecific system error when Im transferring funds from my checking to my dcu visa credit card it works fine when I log out and logout and login again           Unspecific system error

DCUs mobile deposit is so helpful especially if youre not living near a branch The lack of clutter makes it really easy for me to navigate                 Works great

The Touch ID integration is awesome and the updated resolution for iPhone 6 is good Transferring money seems to take too many steps to do compared to other banking apps but otherwise the app is on point              Great update

Overall good app but needs improvement in check deposit The check image does not get recorded correctly despite doing it the right way              Check Deposit feature needs a fix
