The app was functioning alright before with the exception of me having to log in multiple times before it actually worked using my correct log in I d be kicked off right after logging in and would have to log in again several times Lately it gives me an error message and the app won t even work Besides the app the bank is wonderful I ve been a member since I was old enough to open an account at GTE         Error message comes up when I open the app Jmpstylist

I have deposited two checks The first cleared immediately and funds were available the next day The second much larger check is still apparently awaiting verification In spite of being a member for 17 years not one dime was made available on deposit or three days later I don t recommend either the institution or the application     App works ok but fund availability takes forever mrt8

This ap is terrible It tells you that you are logged in and you then go to place a deposit and tells you that you have to be logged in Extremely frustrating because you need to make a deposit that takes forever And then for some strange reason it lets you but then doesn t like the pictures and rejects them Im complained but no one listens Love the CU but hate this ap     Awful Marco_Guy

App mostly works Super basic but it does eventually deposit my checks My main issue is a constant Image Too Light error only on the back of the check I can take the picture of the front in bright sunshine and it accepts it the first time every time The back however is a nightmare I have to crouch down in a corner of my office with the lights off and the shades pulled to convince it to accept the picture It s maddening     Image too light Slapguts

The only process you can perform on this app is deposit They really need something that will gee Maybe check my balance Transfer money or go totally crazy and pay a bill     One dimensional Needs freedom!

I have several institutions that I use that have this capability This one for GTEFinancial is somewhat more clunky than the others but does get the job done once you ve leaned its quirks It is after all much better than going to a branch or making the deposit by mail                 About what one expects ses1066

The camera imaging on checks has improved a lot The flow of the app needs work Especially the separation between banking and deposits You re logged in and can do transfers but if you want to then do deposits You have to log in The UI needs work It still flows like a menu driven app instead of taking advantage of being a graphic environment We are living by our mobile devices now I want to do all my banking check on balances transfers schedule payments and all my billing pull data for my check book application Right now it s very obvious it is more than one application with a loose wrapper to bind them together             Some improvement Paranoid developer

This app has come a long way it used to have issues with the check images being too dark and rejecting But the app works great and has been great for some time now It might not be top notch like the other major banks but it s a FCU what do you expect If you want an app that shows your balance easy and deposit checks anytime and anywhere this is it                     Works great Kennyk78
