The folks at Deputy are constantly making significant improvements to their app The software is a life saver and the app is awesome Now if they would just allow me to assign different pay rates to different days Id be in heaven Get the software Get the app              Getting better all the time

There are constant glitches and errors It crashes almost every time I try to put in my availability        Crashes and Glitches

I am the HR Manager for our companyand I had looked all over for a system like Deputy and finally found it as the answer to many of our HR limitations We have been customers since May of 2014This service helps because we need Remote clocking in I love the GPS feature and that I can track hours by areas It helps for our internal budget tracking I also cannot say enough about their customer service They are always striving to listen to my problems and help bring solutions They have even incorporated some of my ideas for improvement Definitely worth it                 Great HR SOLUTION

New version does not work Myself and coworkers who downloaded the update can not even get it to open Please fix soon     Crashes every time you open it

I love this app Now the only reason I didnt give it 5 is because of the following things that are needed As the owner of the company and not necessarily the manager of the team I need to be able too see a calendar view of the store schedule for the week vs just clicking on each persons name There should also be a text or email alert to the manager when each person clocks in or out for their shift and when either their lunch or shift is exceeded Currently I have someone that is clocked in for 172 hours since they clocked in at home accidentally It would have been great to have gotten a notification alert that I had someone still on the clock for 2 days past their shift It would also be nice to see read receipts on the news feed messages or that they have viewed their schedule Now a suggestion to make this software even sweeter that I would even pay a minimal fee for is the following currently we add goals for the day which is great there should be a way the employee have to log how much of the actual goal they made so we can view the goal vs actual against wages paid to them Thank you Deputy for an awesome software              Great

This app works great for what it does One small issue with the tasks list is there is no way to make a task repeatable There are some often repeated tasks that my assistant can easily forget to do but she always remembers to get them done when I assign the task in deputy Please add this very easy functionality              Great but needs REPEATABLE TASKS

The updated ios app is much improved and allows us the ability to work on the go One problem Tasks feature is crashing and goes to a black screen after assigning a task              Update problem

Needs to support landscape orientation Needs to have a better visual GUI for scheduling shifts The current way is not very visual and not very convenient for getting the scheduling done while looking at the weeks schedule           Needs Landscape Support
