Its stupid and it doesnt even work right all what it does is move even when your not controlling it Its the worst thing on the planet

Ive read the directions over and over yet my iPhone 4 wont control it Any advice would help Cant control

1 For you to play battle mode you have to pick the one that says that option 2The button on the top chooses the mood Turn it on and press it 3 times in a row there the robot will be in your control Works great for me

I love my carbots and for the people who say it does random actions some time its suppose too Thats y its a desk PETi totally reccomend getting a desk pet Awesome

The app doesnt have the part where Im supposed to enter the product code How am I suppose to play Too expensive for it to not work

It never asks me for my bar code after I agree to the terms and conditions The update says you dont need the code but If i try to use the Carbot it wont work If you cant fix this I would need to get my money back NO CODE NO SIGNAL

The Carbot is a cool toy but was frustrating setting up You dont need to use a code just make sure you turn your silent toggle switch off so that the phones sound is on After that it should be fun and games from that point on Hope this helped Figured it out

This little car frustrated me for a while because I could not control it from my phone Then I put my phone volume on 50 and it works great Good once I figured it out

I could not even get it to download but maze mode works Bad apples

Doesnt work with iPhone5 Update Not for iPhone5

We have bought a tankbottrekbot and had no troubles We have recently bought 2 carbots They wont work because we cant enter a product code BECAUSE THERE IS NO PRODUCT CODE BUTTON I HOPE there is a update soon because if it is 5 weeks before the next update is up our carbots well be forgotten Product code button

Directions didnt come with it other than what came printed on the box Modes hold button on bot for a sec to turn on in mode 1 Push again mode 2 push 3rd tone to control with remote Works great on the iPhone with a 3ft 4ft signal But not so well with the iPad that has a 34 INCH signal I dont think this was meant for the iPad iPhone good IPad bad

I have a red Carbot it works Sound works maze mode works BUT the iPhone does not control it Please help this is terrible TERRIBLE

For all Smartphone devices 1 Download the app 2 Fallow the apps directions there is NO need for a code 3 Make sure that your phone and your car is on the same circuit A B or C 4 Turn the switch on to your phone connecter thingy 5 MAKE SURE THAT YOU PHONE SILENCER SWITCH IS OFF In other words above the volume button the red is NOT showing and the volume should be UP 6 Charge it up and have some fun READ ME NOW

Ok you guys just need to settle down The tankbots main purpose is touch less maze navigation not rc controlling I love my tankbot and have had it for a while It does not work in the sun because it is infrared The receiver is underneath the circuit board in the front which is why it sometimes does what it wants Thank you Despets for creating all these robots I think they are BOMBS Tankbot

DOESNT WORK Carbot

I love playing with my green carbot when it works but sometimes it just wont work and i always make sure It has battery and its turned on but it still wont work most of the time Sometimes works

When we downloaded the app there is no option to enter the product codeflaw in the new version Product code option not available

If you read the quick guide you will see its extremely easy to use it took me not even a minute to download the app and set up car I have the IPhone 5S I would totally recommend people to buy especially for the price I got 2 Carbots for 50 at Brookstone Pretty Cool Little Car

I tried all of the tricks on here to get it to work from my phone and it still doesnt work It just drives around and does what it wants regardless of what I do on my phone Terrible it is now in the trash DOES NOT WORK

I was unsure of purchasing a TANKBOT from my local store All the negative reviews were making me nervous that my bot wouldnt work with my iPod touch 4g and iPhone 4S But then I read You must have your sound at 50 or higher for the controller app to work This wont work with iPhone 5 and IPod Touch 5 so if youre looking to purchase a tankbot for the controller with an iPhone 5 or iPod Touch 5 dont bother DOES NOT work well in sun I tried to use the controller with my tankbot and it made me so happy BTW if youre unsure how to turn on your tankbotturn off your tankbot just hold down the MODE button for 5 seconds Read if youre skeptical

Ok so I was frustrated with it too You have to turn the ringer to 50 then it will work its really fun if you get it to work but frustrating to set up so ya Hope I helped some people out YOUR PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED

Hey Im 10 and I got the Carbot 4 christmas I got this app today 1613 and Im still trying to figure out this app Any advise Eh

Dont waste your money on this The remote through the phone only worked sporadically and then the bot had a mind of its own and just went and did whatever it wanted There is no way to look at the bot and determine what mode you are in and once it gets going it wont stop Cute idea horrible execution My 7 year old is super bummed What a piece of junk

I recently purchased a carboy and was frustrated by the fact that it did not run the remote control features It worked on obstacle avoidance mode but would not respond to my iPod After I turned the alert volume on my phone on it worked fine The app should have a message about that for iPod users Great product though Good product but the app needs a little work MAKE SURE YOU TURN ALERT VOLUME ON

Awesome app Make sure your volume is turned all the way up during use If you are having problems getting it to work check to make sure the transmitter is on the bot is on the right mode that the app has the right kind and color of bot selected and that the transmitter is plugged in all the way Joystick support would be great and if you could modify the the bot so that the receiver is on the top for better reception that would be great too Awesome App

I am returning the bot want my back dont work Instructions talk about the 4 digit code but the App do not have a space for the 4 digit code JUNK
