Now I can finally read the greatest mens magazine on my new iPad and it looks glorious Well done                 Finally on the iPad Newsstand
Not interactive which would be okay but also resolution of text is poor unless zoomed They need to step it up their competition mags are way better for the same price        Basic and blurry text
Dear Conde Nast Will you please explain how since this magazine like all your others is put together electronically you somehow cannot manage to post the June issue by the first of June Im not EEEEEEEven going to ask you to get it posted before I receive the print copy in the mail especially since the only magazine for which you can sort that out is The New Yorker Just by the first of the month I would like to think that somewhere deep within you is the will to GET THE JOB DONE However I have no faith that this will EVER happen given past performance PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG     A message to The Late Details magazine
The art department and editors should be proud of the title theyve created in regards to the layout and pacing however I wanted to know if the iPad edition will soon progress past scans of the printed version The title suffers when it comes to well spreads where you dont have the luxury of seeing it all at once or you bounce back between views Im sure an endeavor like this takes a considerable amount of manpower and time but I feel its worth the investment when competing against GQs app the feels like its own beast independent from the main publication I do love Details and cant wait to see what sleek paired down but smart option youd present Sincerely Design Geek           A Separate Piece
The app is just like reading Details magazine Its not interactive like some other magazines here though Captions arent hidden and appear when touched You cant even touch the story in the table of contents and have it skip to the page for you However There are perks over the printed version Images are much sharper for example and you dont have to worry about all the stinky cologne sample overwhelming your nose           Works well
Well laid out with good articles font is a little small even on a gen 2 iPad              Good Read
Well done Details                 Free for current subscribers
How is it possible that Conde Nast the company that produces some of the best interactive magazines GQ UK notably allows Details to be released in this format Its basically less user friendly than a PDF of the magazine Theres virtually no interactivity and you cant scale images or text Its nearly unreadable in the current format        So basic
The May 2014 issue is low resolutionblurry on my iPad Air     Current issue is low res
Have to say Im quite surprised with this app Im not sure why but then decided to make the text practically illegible Unlike GQ this app is very boring Come on guys        The type is small and the app isnt very interactive
