Not sure why all the negative reviews Easy to use if you are on the go and need to track a shipment Air and Ocean Full milestones avail as well                 Works Great

Absolutely HORRIBLE If I could give 0 stars I would have The apps provided for DHL are as bad as they get They need to hire a marketing company to overhaul apps and even their MAIN WEBSITE WHICH IS ATROCIOUS Try and sign up for any services to personalize your experience it is impossible A simple request to authorize any shipment to be left without signature had to be done onsite with a paper and pen Just needs some work Honestly the shipping service DHL provides is great but if you want to do anything with regards to your shipment short of tracking it you are SOL That is if you are lucky enough to download the correct app for tracking Just shows that this old dog needs to learn new tricks     Horrible

it must be sort of commercial app for corporate folk but not for private citizen to track however their prices are competitive but they can not come up with simple tracking app beyond my comprehension     useless

You would think after a dozen bad reviews that DHL would fix their tracking app but apparently 12 now 13 arent enough DHL ships thru partner shippers most often USPS but also UPS and FedEx Use THEIR tracking systems to track your package You will have MUCH better luck with that rather than wasting your time with this nonfunctioning useless app     Not worth a penny

I had the same issues everyone else did I clicked on the shipment information that was sent to me and upon further review I noticed that DHL had used USPS to ship my item I was able to track my shipment via USPS App Perhaps this app is for Corporate DHL customers     Corporate use

It says it can track your Air shipments Thats not true I am surprised a big co like DHL does not have a decent App to track shipments like the competition Heck even USPS with less resources is way better than them Its a shame really     Big Co Lousy System

Why cant DHL get a nice app like USPS FedEx and UPS I can not track my order here having on hand the tracking number No option works Deleting the app in 321     Horrible useless app

Sorry about the bad comment but you need to redesign this app from scratch Look at the USPS UPS and FedEx They have a really great easy simple and reliable app An app you can trust     Yep Its waste of time

Cannot track items tried selecting every category with my tracking number and got the infamous no results uninstall     Useless
