One of their sellers stole 450US from me No response though customer service so I got the ap which wont open anyway I can no longer reach DH Gate through any devicecomputer pad or phone     Customer service terrible and ap wont open

First off let me say I do not write review really except today one for you and one for ali exppess PLEASE READused dhgate for over 2 years and everything was smooth and if any issues were taken care of But last year i back off dhgate and use aliens press because I had traumatizing experiences and thats plural from not getting my stuff to seller putting up stuff they dont have or will not send for the price that they ur it for customer service just apologizes and gives coupons and there main thing is we will punish the seller lol punish the seller really wow are you going to take him in front of the class bend him over and give him 10 lashes with your belt haha thats punishment not a this R the better now Honestly you are in the back Round and a middle man that gets best from both seller and buyer smart move for the owner You see how much a person buys or doesnt buy so you can take care off there issues depending on that For instance a person buying 1000 and up is taken care of with smoking bugger then a coupons for buy 100500 and get a discount of 1050 bucks wow really I used to buy a lot and I mean a lot mesmaili321 gmail Com is my new email But pulled way back tans use mainly ali express because you do not know how to take care of a customer and only want to punish the seller or think First you should take care of the customer because he is who uses his money to make you go to work and the reason the seller opens his account then you can go take care of the wrongs of the seller For that I left and one little thing would of kept my 10005000 and over 3040 shipments and stores I used month in dhgate not ali express              WORST CUSTOMER BULLhiting representatives

My first and ONLY order through DHGate was with the seller y78y I accidentally ordered a coat in the wrong size and I had paid 30 to have it shipped through FedEx because I needed it in a few days so I decided to dispute the order and ask for a refund since I had just then ordered it The seller would not listen They intentionally waited THREE days let the order get processedand sent the coat through a China Mail carrier which is FREE and takes up to 24 days to ship all without a permit I dont know if I am the only one who thinks this but that is extremely unprofessional Also when trying to write a review on DHGates website you cant An order has to be closed for 3 MONTHS before you can review an item That leaves plenty of time for these predator sellers to claim more victims that you could have warned I hope this was helpful to someone out there     Terrible website for customers

I down loaded the app on my 6 Plus It you go shopping and place something in your cart and change your mind you cant remove it I called customer service because one seller advertised an item per piece for 24566 Well at check out the seller had it set up for a lot buy of 32x24666 big money I did the on line customer rep who said dont worrie just go threw the buy contract and dont pick payment Then the seller will correct the mistake Would you trust a seller from China over the Internet with your bank account NOT     DH GATE MOBILE
