Less than a star isn t an option What a waste of an app and my time No opportunity to schedule a reservation or even review openings But they do want to track your location whether you re using the app or not     2 years and no real updates Kelly McNeely

DRI establishments do not have a printed amenities booklet in rooms now based on the 2 places I ve stayed in the last 30 days One said we had to download this App to get that type of information now So we did The App provides about 75 of the information that was in those booklet now BUT has the potential to cover more Bombing out will cause users to resist using this App though The Postcard function bombs every time Then you have to restart the App Ever time I selected postcard share the App bombed The map need more detail For the Cove on Ormond Beach the map detail is Bldg 1 Bldg 2 Pool Area Beach Pool Slide Area This doesn t replace the maps that were in the local booklets Where are the emergency exits to the bldgs Where is the exercise room on the map Where are the soda machines at least which floor Add more maps Events Today Upcoming had no data Yet the Cove gave us a printout for the week Keep data updated or don t do it at all Recommendations Adventures Attractions links worked Clap clap         Meh Needs Work Eze II

I can t find anywhere on the app to access my account     Where do you sign in DiazTree

Since the app required an email as a user ID my diamond resorts account does not have an email for the user ID I tried to create a new account I filled in the blanks of name address email and password and the app crashed     Would not accept my Diamond Resorts login and password J Hensel

I agree with the previous reviewer I hardly ever write a bad review But I have no idea what the value of this app is I deleted and about as fast as it took to download I don t even login what is the purpose of this If someone actually got paid to design this app they should be fired They completely don t understand what the customer wants Diamond please tell me you guys are smarter than this     Complete waste of time bpkelso

I ve never written a bad review Usually if I don t like something I ignore it or delete it Diamond has helped me break out of my shell This app is horrible It appears to offer a home tab but that doesn t take you anyplace handy As a member I want to use the app to check availability and make reservations It is so hard to do this that its shameful You have to find the member tab and from there it s not too hard to find the search areas within the menu But woe to you if you get impatient and hit a back arrow This logs you out and you have to log in again I also can t explore different resorts easily All in all it is cumbersome and clunky It makes you want to call customer service to make your reservation and when you do you re likely angry about having used their pitiful app I hate it     The worst app ever StryMa

I like the idea of this app but I hate having to constantly log in just for changing a screen I should only have to log in once per session like with any of my banks or credit cards     Needs work Jstevens1979

It is extremely frustrating to have the app continually make you login in while in the same session I can understand if you leave the app but simply backing to the home screen should not force a login all over again         Nice but needs work BeyondS
