Diigo annotator for Safari allows you to annotate in Safari through extension
Diigo is probably the best bookmark tool especially for iPhones iPads The interface is intuitive and clear Why do you need a bookmark tool Of course the ability to save favorite bookmarks is the obvious answer but all browsers support that Why would you want are harder way to save bookmarks The fact is an awesome feature of iOS is the ability to add to or change the things you can send a favorite to So if you use Diigo or any other bookmark tool you can make it seamless to use Another good thing about Diigo is you can sync across all your devices even your computers Where bookmark tools excel is by allowing you to organize your bookmarks with tags and grouping Diigo makes adding tags simple plus it has the ability to Organize your stuff The reason this is a little awkward is probably because they are about saving bookmark image and note data types Where this affects you is first in creating the folders Normally you would be able to pick a folder or add one but Diigo only allows adding folders in the app not when you send to it The second area Diigo struggles with is organizing the bookmarks in the folders It would be nice to be able to drag and drop bookmarks into a folder Also folders should be able to have sub folders Top bookmarking app HogHunter
I use this professionally and personally because it s that good I work across platforms and on many devices and I can save and use my bookmarks on each one Professionally it s a great repository of knowledge for a group to use and build upon Personally I prefer it over Pinterest Organized and accessible bookmarks Bambam$$$
The Diigo app allows me to save articles and information I come across easily As well I am able to highlight important parts and include notes to help me remember my thoughts for a later time Helpful and quick gumbypeace
I appreciate that there IS an app to access my Diigo account but it needs work First it crashes every few minutes of use just exercising its basic functions Secondly it does not support multiple accounts like if you separate your work and home bookmark accounts It hides the Description field which I really need because that s where I write my summaries for later reference although you can show this field if you edit the bookmark I tried using the sharing extension in Safari to send a PDF to Diigo and it simply failed unsupported even though that is an explicitly supported file type I wish Diigo would get the basics right instead of worrying so much about Annotation and Highlight features Buggy Lacking Fristle
I use it with the chrome extension and it s quite literally everything I ever wanted I used to use adobe for pdf and nimbus for screenshots etc etc but this handles everything and it s mind blowing free Very impressed Perfect Stradiview

This is really more like a 2 star app but with some workarounds it is somewhat manageable With a few keys issues addressed this would very easily be a 5 star app Mainly sort by tag multi select organize rearrange nesting quick hilite color changes fix outliner imageview Needs bugfixes and features Cronot7

I found Diigo years ago and felt like it was created exactly for my needs researching my medical condition online and then blogging what I found It s much more useful than just a bookmark because it also saves all your highlighted text with the page reference Then I can tag my pages to organize them and send someone a particular set of articles with my highlights I now have over 2000 notes some with 2 dozen highlights attached and nothing ever gets lost I would not be able to blog my medical research without Diigo holding on to all my notes for over 4 years now Thank you so much for this latest version which finally allows me to use Diigo while I m laid up on the couch Incredibly useful for research online Zipczyk
Interesting service Wish I could use the app but like others have said it won t let me log into my account Says ID PW failed even though I m logged in on the website using the same credentials Can t sign in AdamOD

Crashes often and provides minimal functionality with main Diigo account Just downloaded the newer version Crash prone Dhasty01
I have the Diigo plug in for my Safari browser and like it a great deal I was trying to integrate this app with my browser but was unable to do so This app did not accept my Diigo password and became nonresponsive when I tried to reset it It very well may be that this app works just fine but if I as an experienced user of its browser version can t figure out how to use it then there is a problem in design implementation the tutorial or some combination thereof I can t figure out how to use this Settett

On my iPhone it works but isn t ready for 2015 yet I mean AWESOME that it annotates while in Safari that s what I need But after reading and annotating where s the send to Evernote etc button Hasn t that been a standard for a few years with reader apps If it s gonna be a viable solution for me that s where it s got to go next with annotations highlights in tact once it s in Evernote Last thing the Feedback link only works if you are using the native Mail app I don t I use the Gmail app That s not even the point can t it send feedback natively like other apps rather than from my email Just some thoughts Thanks for listening Not yet Doesn t play well with others LunaLingua
I love the app However I can t sign in anymore ever since Diigo performed their version 1 3 update on 2 3 15 I see the updates but can t leverage it due to not being able to sign in Due to my personal experience and Diigo responsiveness to my feedback I would rate this app a 5 However with this current issue I would have to rate it a 3 Otherwise this app has been good to date and will continue to improve on each release Can t Sign In Zapman524
