Disk Space Tab

The Disk Space Tab is now available for 0.990 for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. I have 8 external HD volumes and the internal HD so when I show them on my screen it gets a bit cluttered With Disk Space Tab I can keep my desktop uncluttered and the few times I need to open a particular volume or just check on the remaining space I just click on the icon in the menu bar Great                     Makes it much easier to keep a clean desktop MisterGreggy

Super easy to install and very handy having it in the menu bar The color coded graph is helpful for a real quick look Being able to sort the listing by size is very useful as well This is a great replacement for the disk usage graph that was removed from Apple s Activity Monitor utility New features I d like to see Use of the new Notifications feature Mountain Lion Mavericks etc for disks that are getting close to being full An option to show disk space graphs using an absolute scale Right now the bar for a 64 GB drive and a 500 GB are the same length When looking at drive utilization and determining where files can be moved to balance usage it would be useful to be able to compare the drives using the same scale I understand that this will be problematical to display this for situations where there is a very large difference in size as with the example above but for many situations it would be a very useful option But for now can t imagine running my Mac without it                 Almost perfect StereoPhotographer

As is Disk Space Tab does everything it says very well provides info about disk space for all drives with 1 click and a quick glance I wish it would also allow me to safely eject removable volumes external hard drives SD cards thumb drives etc with 1 more click This would provide another easy solution to an OS weakness                     Almost Perfect jeffreymo

This is exactly what I was looking for to display a quick glance summary of my various hard drives space Well done For some reason it doesn t auto load even when setup that way but no big deal as its free                     Perfect NickiMinaj'sAss

The only useful and quick way to check your disk space This is really important on Macbook Airs with 128GB SSDs as the virtual memory seems to grow the longer the Mac is on even in Yosemite until you literally get out of storage messages but after rebooting your machine no longer receive them It also tells you if you need to make some more room for a new app install or download Studies show that SSDs operate best with 20 free space too                     No Brainer Tonyoramos1

This cute lil app sits up in your menu bar and tells you how full any disk attached to your computer is It uses a Green good Yellow gettin kinda heavy there pardner and RED WHOA Better shd some bytes there boy color coded system to let you know how close to capacity you are in a glance it also tell you both capacity and remaining free space in good ole numbers Though the info is not as detailed as a look at the Storage Tab that comes up when you hit More Information on About This Mac That d be the first item you can highihgt under the lil Apple in the top right of the computer screen you are probably reading this message on pardner It has the virtue of being easy on the eyes cheap cost ya nuthin except a few nice words and easy to use even though it has little of value to say like a Texas high school cheerleader under the bleachers after a game on a sweltering Friday Night anywhere in the Lone Star State                     Does one thing but very well yeehah Dwele

Since I keep getting prompted for a review here s another one Dropped 2 stars and deleted from my Mac Original review It s nice to be able to see the drives and storage availability Two extra nice features would be the ability to open a drive by clicking on it or ejecting one I ve used Volumizer for years and it allows for drives to be opened or ejected right from the drop down but it doesn t show capacity info Of course if the app does repeatedly prompt me for a review as someone else suggested it won t really matter what features it has if you know what I mean One minor issue is the lack of contrast in the icon Because of menu bar transparency it blends into my desktop background and is hard to see         Works as advertised otterman

The title pretty much sums it up This app does exactly what it sets out to and does it in an aesthetically good way Only thing to make it better would include the option of making the icon a black logo to better integrate it with the rest of the menu bar That s the only thing that keeps it from a five in my opinion                 Does exactly what it s supposed to and does it well XanderCoolpants
