Its not show up in iPhone 6 plus or iPad 2        Apple pay

Your Disney store mobile app for IPhone continues to crash while trying to view the Disney Parks Merchandise section Please update and fix This has been going on for months     App Crashes

We have been taken back years Its like I have no service So slow so frustrating Makes me want to turn off auto updates     Better extend the free shipping promo

The thumbnails are very small I enjoyed scrolling through the larger pics in landscape which is also gone in the previous version My kids loved to just look at the pictures Please bring back the bigger pictures        Bad Update

I didnt even know that a Dizney store existed never mind an app I downloaded this to see what the store was but it crashes and wont let me in     Garbage

Im grateful they finally decided to join the rest of the apps in the App Store and have their app fit the screen But The app is so horrible I cant even use it Some horrible horrible bugs They need to fix that or get a developer that knows what theyre doing It seems like the one they have is stuck using an iPhone 4     Finally fits the screen but

I updated this app hoping for improved navigationetc but now it just displays a blank screen within the basic app framework Nothing     Update broke the app

I am a HUGE Disney fan and I love the Disney Store But the app is okay little glitches here and there if you are scrolling down a list of items and you click on one and then go back it brings you back to the top and you have to scroll down again which is frustrating Other than the few little things its good              Okay

I used the old app for quite a while and had so many issues with it Even though the flow of this app is different it feels more like something I can use to buy toys for my nephew and nieces Thanks for the update                 Pretty Impressed

One of this apps biggest drawbacks is this when you click on a piece of merchandise to get additional details and then go back to the original item list the list reverts back to the beginning SKU not leaving you on the same SKU you just clicked on This is annoying What you have to do then is scroll all the way through the item lists to get back to where you were Please fix this Disney Right now this makes me not want to use the app or click on merch to get additional details because I know whats going to happen Help           Good but could be better

This app definitely needs an upgrade Yes its still functional but if you want it to fit your phone and you dont have a 4 then that wont happen PLEASE UPGRADE DISNEY              Love Disney but needs an upgrade

Ive used this app many times and its OK when I just want to browse the site fast My main complaint is the back button Its there but it does not work Ive tried pressing it and its the only feature in the app that refused to work I have to research my items just to go back to the previous page I was at please fix and then it would be easier to enjoy           Fair but needs simple improvements

This update is so unfriendly I liked it before because it was fun to swipe through the pages to see new items Now it wont rotate horizontally and the pictures are so tiny Guess if its not fixed in a couple of weeks I wont be spending my money here     Ready to delete this app

I used the previous version for several purchases and enjoyed the layout I will not be using this update for any purchases it is difficult to use and does not even have portrait mode     Go back to the previous version

touch id is still not working           Touch ID not working

The new version is geared to phone use only It does not rotate to landscape mode News flash I never use my iPad in portrait mode Since it is unable to fill this very simple requirement I will go back to shopping through the web browser     Not iPad friendly

This version of the app is slow and buggy Sometimes when you return to a previous screen from viewing an item the app just hangs When the results list does appear youre right back at the top of the list not at the item you just viewed        Previous version was far better

New update is terrible Really small thumbnails and app does not remember your current location when going from thumbnails to detail view then back again It really is bad     Do not update

The only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars is a handful of small glitches The main one being that when you view a product and hit the back button it brings you to the previous page but all the way to the top If youve scrolled through 10 or 12 pages of items then you have to go all the way back down again That to me seems like a very simple fix I hope you guys release an update at some point And maybe some cool sales and COUPONS Other than that it fulfills all of my disney shopping needs              Great but a few simple fixes

Constantly crashes and runs so sluggishly I cant even shop on this app The display and interface are clunky and not user friendly Checking on another area of the app makes you lose your spot on the scrolling in each department You can do better DisneyI expect better     Not even close to the Disney Quality you expect

I love Disney and shop using this app majority of the times Please update and please add support for iPhone 6 and 6 plus Please bring back recent items and please let the stuff we add in cart stay even if we hit the home button Last but not least please add smoother transitions from page to page        Update to Iphone 6 and 6 plus support

With the latest update when you do a search and click on something from that search theres no way to go back to the list when youre finished looking at the item The back arrow isnt useable so you have to redo your search and go through the whole list again This is highly annoying        Please fix

As soon as I updated the app I could tell it was a 64bit app just by the speed alone Then 3x resolution product images awesome I wont buy unless I can see the detail clearly                 An upgrade visually for sure

Great app BUTTTTT After clicking on an item to see its details or even after adding the selected item to your bag and then to go back to your previous search to continue shopping the app will take back to the top of the search instead of leaving the page where you left off VERY ANNOYING So many times I get so frustrated i just stop shoping all together i literally have to look through alllllll the items i just went through to get to where i left off and repeat these steps every time i want to look at the items details or even add an item to my bag Please fix PLEASE           PLEASE FIX

Crashes freezes provides gibberish upon searching all the time Please fix     Bad update

this app is organized and mostly easy enough but if I add anything to my shopping bag and then toggle to text or anything else when I toggle back my bag is empty sooo frustrating please update this app so we can spend money at your store        toggling out empties your bag

The old version of the app flowed well but had its problems As bad as that was the new version is so bad it cant even be used to successfully place an order in the app The app can only be used with the iPad vertical but not horizontal The credit card CVV was difficult to enter The prices kept changing But worst of all I could not continue placing my order with the app because it would not allow me to enter my email address Until Disney fixes these problems use their website        Please fix this app or go back to old version

I expected more from this application Its very basic and you cant even look up your order history on this Needs a lot more upgrading        Mediocre

I liked browsing the store with the app Very quick and layout was great Big problem on checkout ad after i placed my thumb to checkout with Apple pay the app crashed I reopened the app and tried to checkout again but my shopping cart was lost Fix the stability with Apple pay and maybe Ill try it again I had to checkout using the website and used my paypal account Apple pay wouldve been nice if it went through        Nice app layout and navigation CRASHED with Apple Pay

Hate is not a strong enough word loathe would be more accurate I have an iPad not an iPhone so why can I only view this in the portrait mode and not landscape Absolutely horrible updateI used to use this App daily to browse for new items but my days at the Disney store are now over until they fix this     Horrid update

Before the update I was on everyday Nothing works right anymore It will say there is 86 items but will only show me maybe 15 and no way of finding the others My favorite was the sale page which is just useless now I cant even save anything to my basket Fix fix please Plus the layout is horrible     BAD BAD BAD

Im extremely disappointed Disney The app keeps freezing and locking up When you click on an item and then try to go back a page you always end back up at the very top Also the pictures are really small and the layout is not user friendly With the holidays coming up if the app isnt fixed I will be deleting and shopping on the web or not at all     Horrible

First of all very disappointed in Disney for this unfriendly app I expect more from them The app is well designed and looks very good but there are many user interface issues After searching for products you get a nice long list of items and after clicking on one you get some good details about it but if you go back to your search list it doesnt save your spot and you have to manually look for where you were at Very frustrating Next the touch ID does not work I have to keep manually entering my password I do not see a purchase history anywhere in the app The Hello Your Name button doesnt really do anything Lastly the feature that I want to use the most is broken That is Apple Pay I tried using my Amazon reward card for a purchase using Apple Pay and it said oops having problems and then the app crashed Opened app had to log back in and items were still in cart I noticed that there is a pending charge on my card Hopefully that goes away since transaction didnt fully work I tried purchasing again using Apple Pay but this time with my Simple bank card and it successfully went through and saw a receipt for my order Theres no rewards for using my Simple card though Overall very bad experience using the app Needs much work to be considered Disney quality        Horrible experience

I was so disappointed in the Disney Store apps integration of Apple Pay I deleted the app Its buried behind pages and pages of information input absurd The whole point of Apple Pay is that my mailing info is already available when I use the feature Buying Disney products with Targets app is actually better the user experience is painless and fun Youd think a company like Disney would understand the value in that     Tacky Apple Pay Implementation

The app says it doesnt sign me into my account but it does and then it keeps asking me to sign in every 10 minutes or anytime I open another app Grrrr           It has some glitches for sure

Look I have a serious Disney problem and one of the things that I do is get on the app every day EVERY day The new update is awful Its extremely simple looking and worst of all when you look at a product and then go back to the previous page it doesnt save where you were It always takes you to the top of the page It asked me to take a survey which I did but it made me take it before I actually used the app so my answers were more geared to the old app Disney please fix this Especially with the holidays coming up     Disneyaholic

I tried to use apple pay twice on this app but both times it made a pending transaction in my bank account but didnt place my order online Im hoping tomorrow that I can call and get this fixed and the extra charges off my card     Charged me twice but didnt place my order
