The Distance - Find My Distance is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 0.1 MB to download. The new Distance - Find My Distance app version 1.2 has been updated on 2014-11-07. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Here is the app`s compatibility information: Compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad. Requires iOS 4.0 or later.

It s great if you re measuring to distances that arent far apart but if you zoom out its not so great the developers should make it so you can mark 2 very specific spots and still get a measurement Its ok Cnash15

This is a great App for measuring distances for baseball fields Especially those with no fences or no distance signs on fences I ve measured home to first on most fields and it s usually right on 90 feet I do agree however with those that complain about having to keep your finger on the screen for long distances Not a problem on baseball fields though Awesome Mazzpep

This is a great app Measurements are accurate and simple Better than similar apps that use waypoints You just drag your finger and viola Easy Peezy
Gr8 for tracking the distance associated with work outs Not a pedometer it doesnt keep track of distance while ur jogging but its gr8 for planning routes or 2 c how many miles ur jog was I actually use mine to plot out my dog walking routes Minor flaw is that its not exact but rather based upon the line drawn by ur finger Still very handy tool to have Handy to have

When I travel I always pack my running shoes Tracing my routes and confirming the distances helps me mentally and physically prepare for great jog After years of guessing how long some of my favorite jogging routes were I was pleased to know that I was doing the miles it thought This app is also great for confirming directions After you cross the railroad tracks 51st street is in 15 miles I had always guessed at the distance when giving directions Mapquest is not attuned to local landmarksred barn or ugly purple house Runners dream
I tested it out by tracing a track and a baseball diamond both known distances Both were 1020 on the low side This app is cool is concept misleading and pathetic in execution Totally inaccurate

I do a lot of walking in the city but I frequently forget to use my Map My Walk app Pro This app allows me to quickly satisfy my curiosity with how far I have gone Con I tend to walk farther than I can track on the map in one continuous swipe of the finger Users should be able to save a route that has been drawn then maneuver the map to draw the remaining route since the viewable map area tends to be small Ok but could use some work

This thing does not measure in a timely fashion It appears to be intuitive but there are no clear cut instructions on how to start stop measure and reset You developers can do better than this Useless Better Off With a Ruler

Fabulous app When you want to give perfect turnbyturn directions to somebody first measure all the distances and include them in the directions If you want to chart a distance to run or walk it is perfect for that too This app is fantastic The only problem is trying to write this review It keeps telling the nickname is taken please enter another none

Overall its a really handy and useful app The only issues I have is theres no at least that I can find to continue a measurement after starting and stopping its just erases it I suppose I could just add the two measurements together Second my drawing disappeared after tilting my phone to landscape from portrait it saved my distance but the drawing went away But its simple and straight to the point and not bogged down with too many settings and features Pretty good Two issues

I like being able to measure my walking distance while doing rehab Using hybrid I can tell exactly where I was Id like it to save miles instead of doing it each time Is there a way to do that I use it a lot

Thanks for making it easy to find distance Just draw a line on the map with your finger As simple as it gets Suggestion switch the measure and move labels around Example when the button reads measure I automatically think Im supposed to touch it to begin measuring this is because buttons are usually labeled with the buttons function I dont look at buttons to determine which mode Im already in which is what Im guessing the developer intended Its just a bit confusing Also I wish I could see the line as I draw it I think I was able to in previous versions of the app Currently the line only appears once Im done drawing it and Ive let go of the screen This is not very helpful Love to find my distance

Allows you to measure distance using consecutive segments which is all I need Works well
I would give this app 5 stars and even pay for it if I could continue your drawing out side of the map without loosing what Ive already drawn For Example if I start to draw a route but the complete route that I want to draw actually extends beyond the parameters of my iPad screen I cant lift my finger move the map and continue drawing When I do so I loose all of what I already drawn and the route starts fresh I wish I could pause move the map and continue drawing where I stopped Hope this will be fixed It will make this app THE BEST in route drawing Good Idea Needs Improvement will give 5 stars if
