I naively updated this app and it crashed upon opening As instructed I deleted data removed the app reinstalled the app and tried to restore from Dropbox back The app is still crashing and now the Dropbox back up data is wop out too     Still crashes and wiped out even back up data Kitihawk2

It is a very handy app It does not appear to have been designed by a landlord though Some of the functions are awkward to use             Somewhat awkward Toolbugs

I ve been using it for 6 months now and its easy to use for someone who is simply looking for a quick solution to manage a few properties as a first time landlord I was able to print out expense report for taxes and I was glad to have started off with some sort of reliable tracker                     Flawless iSammy7

At first use it seems to be a great little landlord app However only after a couple of days of use the flaws become apparent Tenants can only be sorted by first name which is kinda ridiculous if you think about it Data can be saved to Dropbox but will only be recalled on the original device it was installed on as I entered all my data on my iPad and then though I could just restore the data on my iPhone Nope Finally expenses can only be entered based units speaking of which units can only be identified by number no option for naming like east west ground etc and not buildings Not all of my expenses are attributed to u its and it would have been nice to just have building expenses rather than unit expenses I d like to think all these options will be coming but the last update was Jan 2014 so be aware when you buy         Could Have Been So Much Better If They Supported It JapanShane

First let me say concept excellent looking and feel excellent now for the cold hard truth Data is not written live if you get interrupted and go back to the software you re starting over And the biggest gripe I have is the reporting feature yes it ll do separate buildings separate units but what it won t do is give me a total for each expense category Hoping for an update soon to fix a lot of the flaws Check your total and then enter a couple expenses you ll see that they do not always update properly and or total not correct needs work on the data side     Needs a lot of work not safe Indiana007
