DOL-Timesheet

The DOL-Timesheet is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 0.6 MB to download. The new DOL-Timesheet app version 1.0 has been updated on 2014-11-19. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Unless you get special legal rights for using the Dept of Labor s version there has got to be a better way Difficult to navigate as well as make edits the app simply does not follow any common expectation for ease of use Once you start a day s timesheet you best not have anything else you d need to do i e view another day compute wages etc It stays locked on that day until you leave just like that chain on my desk Find a better way         too basic not intuitive coachfortner

This is exactly what I need It is a shame that they had to update it to require 7 0 iOS and therefor make it not work on most iPods and iPads Not going to jump into the 7 0 mess with my iPad just for this app and my iPod touch will only go to 6     Wishful User WishfulUser

Works well as a basic app to keep track of one s working hours However with one wrong swipe I instantly erased all of the hours I had logged over months Happened when I was trying to edit my workday and instead of deleting the current entry the entire log was wiped out There needs to be a warning asking if we re sure we want to delete everything     Major Flaw Reiryoku

This app is good for very basic purposes But it is still better than the similar ones One big issue is that starting from january 2013 it does not show the monthly records They are still included in december 2012             Good AlphaSigma666

I have been using this for 3 months now to keep track of my hours and when trying to edit my start time for the day it deleted EVERYTHING My employer all the hours I ve logged etc Everything from the past including hours this week which I need are gone How do I get this back     Was great until one accidental click deleted everything kepasaurous

If there was an option for biweekly pay periods and overtime for greater than 80 hrs instead of 40 it would do everything I expected it to If it had the option of putting in shift and weekend differential it would be above and beyond what I expect for a DOL app                 Good but it could be better Gabster3456$$

I like this app a lot very easy to use and super handy if your like me and have more then one job The only thing I really need more outta this app is to be able to tell it when my pay period begins and ends like if I could have it tell me how much I get between to 1st through the 15th and 16th through the 31st it d be much more useful Then I d give it 5 stars             Great time app for the working folks Chief lubricator

This could be a very useful app however it requires that a workweek begin on the same day of the week every week Where I work we are paid bi monthly so the beginning of my workweek could fall upon any day of the week which this app doesn t permit Too bad for anyone who isn t paid weekly or bi weekly         Too Limited for My Use 6p0wskgjnos

As a freelancer this app has made it much less of a hassle to keep track of my hours Of course accounting for human error is still a struggle as I sometimes start working and I forget to start the time Or I stop working and forget to stop it But I don t expect an app to do that for me This app allows you to discard an entry and enter your time manually but it doesn t allow you to edit time So if I forget to clock in after lunch I can t edit that I have to either discard the whole entry and enter it manually or make a mental note and keep going Kind of annoying The only thing I think is a nuisance about this app is that it allows you to enter a comment or description about your breaks when you clock your breaks but it doesn t allow you to enter comments or descriptions for the hours you clocked in If it did that would help me a lot when invoicing clients You could give hours spent on specific tasks of a project Now I know the hours but I still estimate how I divided the hours among tasks Or what would be better is if you could add descriptions for the tasks hours AND change your rate of pay Some tasks deserve a higher rate than others So other than those desires this is a good basic free time keeping app It was worth the money             Useful but not perfect hanako08

It s a decent timekeeper but is seriously lacking in features For example there s no way to edit mistakes Touch the wrong button and it s permanently committed to your timesheet Also has no way to manually input holidays vacation etc so rather useless for anything that isn t a straight up 80 hour workweek         Decent Karl1982

Seriously Most companies have trouble getting employees to track time on one device let alone two Save some yourself agony and simply use the TSheets app Its more accurate accountable for both employee and employer and it syncs with your main account realtime     Private sector rules again The Biz Guy

I guess I don t get the point We need an app to calculate our time We seriously can t calculate it in our heads in a fraction of the time it would take to enter it Not to mention it appears to have quite a few limitations     Not necessary Joe employee

This app does not give accurate info It miscalculates hours and cheats workers plus it does not account for the 24 hour day How much of my tax went to making this Come on people     This is inaccurate Zz relations

This is a terrible idea I can see employees bringing their iPhone into payroll and trying to argue that they were underpaid based on their own unofficial iPhone app timesheet what a nightmare Hey Feds quit trying to muddy the water by releasing useless tools that encourage uninformed workers to file complaints     Are you kidding me HRinOK

This app has good potential but lacks useful things the OT rates and DT rates and the hours added to that It also laxa your tax bracket and deduction This seems important if there going to use it as a pay tool and not just a timesheet             Incomplete dangerous.dabs

thought of this It is hard enough to get employees to clock in out of the actual system that pays them without confusing them with an app that purports to be invaluable in wage and hour investigations I m now waiting to hear from an employee who claims their pay is wrong because it doesn t match the amounts on this app Taxes Deductions Garnishments Meal and rest break penalties Nice try but this totally misses the mark and will only cause more wage and hour disputes     What Genius Stephen King Fan
