I love the app and it protects my phone and iPad but sometimes is shuts off the automatically comes back on but I though once you turn it on it s supposed to stay on until you manually turn it off I can only give 4 stars until you fix the above problem Send updates for the app maybe that will fix the above problem and once it s on it should stay on permanently until you turn it off When it goes into its off phase that is when your devices are vulnerable to attack from malware and viruses so fix this cut off problem and I will see if it works for a better rating                 DotVPN Cavs1983

This app to me is the best it provides excellent information on what s happening and boy there s a lot more than I thought there was but as other users here are saying and me too is the issue of it staying connected I have found it disconnected many time s and worried if there was any compromising of my system so if you can fix that one problem then your program is the best ever at least to me                     DOTVPN Timcsintyan

The app automatically disconnects from the VPN server after about an hour sometimes less and then automatically reconnects The disconnection never occurs in a consistent manner This causes very annoying data leakage It is especially annoying when it disconnects while I am streaming videos and music Please fix this If disconnection cannot be fixed then at least add DNS leak protection so that nothing can load outside of the VPN tunnel and nothing will load until the app reconnects to the server I am not sure if this is an intentional limit for free users but automatic disconnection without any form of data or DNS leak protection seems a bit harsh Also sometimes actually pretty frequently Google forces me to fill out captchas thinking that I m a bot when I am connected to the servers After I fill out the captcha Google thinks my computer is sending out automatic queries and won t let me use the search engine This issue is especially prevalent on the US server The Canadian and Swedish servers also have this issue though not as frequently I have not tested the other servers yet for this particular issue Lastly sometimes after switching servers if I press the disconnect button the VPN will accidentally reconnect If these issues are fixed in the next update I will be glad to give this app a 5 star rating                 Pretty good but connection issues are present Ly Dong La
