So despite the limited amount of stuff we watch I used a Black Friday promo in 2016 for 1 year 24 99 but got very little use out of it wondered if they would do another Black Friday promo but not sure it was worth it a lot of their content is free on other channels so paying 4 a year 2 see if they would improve was a step of faith but they charged my card prematurely its so not worth 4 99 a month I called but no one EVER answers been like that for the whole year tried to find out if I cancelled would it stop the minute I cancelled or would it run till my paid portion ran out never got an answer the woman who returns calls is very difficult so I m out 5 I ve lost respect 4 them 4 charging me prematurely I had such high hopes 4 this channel but they just aren t even close 2 making it worth 5 a month customer support is a total fail I had a 5 star review till now but after a year of waiting 4 it 2 improve I m frustrated Prematurely charged my card Debt Free Is Less Stress
