Just downloaded the app and it does the job though even with headset a lot of words need to be edited One important thing I noticed my calls were not attaching to SF records then I realized the Due Date field was not auto populating and because it is not a mandatory field I was ignoring it So make sure you populate Due Date if you want notes to attach to SF otherwise you LOSE them Be careful with Due Date

Tried twice No internet connection
Speech recognitions is mediocre Would like more options and easier process to add notes in salesforce Notes only show up as tasks so you cant add NOTES to an acct or opp only a task associated with the acct or opp Also the landscape view doesnt work after ios5 update You have to hold in portrait to be able to tap the trash bin or function tab at the top Much easier just to log in and type what I need Needs work

Just tried out the app and it worked great It would be better if the log a call button entered the call as an event instead of a task Events

When a program cant even load nor accept its own password how does one rate that a 5 I called Salesforce support and they suggested that I call Dragon but said its the second most called in app for failing to load Ill pass on calling Ready 45 stars
My reps are going to be so excited when I tell them abt this app The only downfall for me is that the due date doesnt pre populate so Sfdc calls wont show up in reports if they dont remember to tap that field Im going to be a hero
This is a piece if crap It doesnt work on my iPhone 4S Keeps telling me to be sure I have an Internet connection If I wasnt connected then how am I posting this review Dont bother
Nothing worked Ive use the PC version from their start and it now is great But this is like their first PC version and Im surprised they have even offered it to anyone especially new users It is simply not anywhere close to Daggons high standards Suggest you dont waste your time till they really it Hopeful user

This is a great app in theory but has too many bugs 1 Only searches a small part of your name database I searched for a contact that is for a fact in our system and there were no results 2 customized activity fields like a multi select picklist will not show up so you have to manually type in the data instead of choosing from the list These are both very important and none of my sales teams would use this all if they cant quickly relate a contact name or choose from a picklist Great in theory
Menu icon to send text to Chatter or log call does not work Have downloaded app twice Not living up to billing
