The developers have made this app very difficult to try before spending 100 Every option presents a dialogue box requesting you to upgrade It actually sounds useful but few will ever know I look forward to the developers realizing this and allowing customers to know their product     Impossible to test Dutfsyjvstk

Version 2 0 was a mistake The features that made it easy to assign priorities request updates and see ALL of the tasks you are working on were removed from the app and web platform Do not waste your time with DropTask DropTask updated their app right into uselessness The company I work for is abandoning DropTask Which is sad It WAS the best     This app USED TO be great Rick_Stewart

Great product if you like a non linear approach to how you visualize your task and that may not be a completely accurate statement because DropTask provides both object and linear views of your task I find their approach to task management and integration with other programs very useful The latest version is a really nice bump up I saved the 5th star because I want to see what is next DropTask is a great product and is definitely worth taking a look at I personally have purchased to many of these programs trying to find the one that works for me it looks like my journey is over Great job to the development team                 DropTask wm1199

I hate task lists My eyes blur when I see them I don t think linearly so I can t manage projects that way I use chronodex to track my time so bubbles and circles are the natural next step for me This app has everything from attachments interaction with iMindMap link to Google Docs and integration with Evernote                     Finally I can stop my quest for a task and project management app michaelc64

When an app opens with a screen that presents you with only two options log in or sign up create account with no explanation of why you need to do this or need to submit personal information such as email address with no opportunity to even look at the app here are the simple instructions for how to use it 1 press the home button on your device and locate the page the app is on 2 press and hold the app s icon until all the icons on the page start to wiggle and show Xs on the upper left 3 release the icon and press its X 4 confirm the message that you want to delete the app 5 press the home button again so the icons stop wiggling and you can enjoy your device without any sleazy bottom feeding developers taking up space on it     General instructions for use Popability

The web version of Droptask is my favorite task organizer I ve been using it for several months and it has outlasted most other to do organizers I ve used I also use the iPhone iPad versions The iPad screen is large enough to make use of Droptask s chief virtue it puts ALL your tasks on the screen organized hierarchically You can see them all in one glance The iPhone version simply can t do that It doesn t stand alone But used in conjunction with the web iPad versions it s powerful flexible Just don t plan on using the iPhone app by itself                 Great app IF used in conjunction with web or iPad versions PLStepp

DropTask has become one of my favorite task managers Very visual and easy to look at both the big picture and the fine details However I am NOT a fan of forced updates They don t allow you to use their app unless you re using the latest version             Good app but not a fan of the Required updates CubanGerman

I am completely in love with DropTask Working in a linear format like a todo list is something that has proven impossible The closest I have come to how I think would be mind mapping Effective use of mind maps is in itself an art something that I have far from mastered DropTask lets me develop share and complete any project exactly as I do and have done my entire life It thinks like me and it s absolutely fantastic There are a few minor user interface issues that can be quite maddening sometimes to the point of elevated blood pressure In order to effectively collaborate with other users each user must subscribe to the pro edition Nonetheless DropTask is an excellent application and until I find something better I will be a happy subscriber 3 stars for the positives mentioned above but not 4 because of the need for all users to have pro edition for effective collaboration GUI quirks that are annoying and very little capacity to adjust settings to personalize Well done though and great app             An app like my brain Northies101010191010102010

I love the functionality of this app You can navigate a new project either through the list mode or through the Visual Mode where you drag and drop tasks onto the white space of your project The size of the bubbles reflects the effort involved I love using this app to keep track of tasks and to dos in my life instead of writing things down on a million different pieces of paper But unfortunately even on this paid version you top out at five projects Then you have to purchase the pro edition Are you kidding me Do you know how quickly you can burn through five projects Here are mine that I created in a matter of minutes Home Car Computer Gifts Work             Great functionality only 5 projects Wmcneill26

Our CEO found this and it s seriously improved our workflow within the company This is my new favorite app and I now use it to organize my personal goals as well I highly recommend it Try out the web version first and the price tag for the app version really won t seem like that much I ve certainly spent more on paper planners and notebooks This replaces them all and never runs out of space                     Perfect SimplyShawn1

Absolutely love this app I use it on all my devices phone tablet desktop etc I am a recent concert to the GTD task management system Totally life changing The ONLY improvements I think need to be made 1 allow to switch tasks between projects 2 sync items by date with other calendar systems Other than that this is perfect Either way it is 5 stars because it is the best out there                     Favorite GTD app Fidi22
