Art from major museum collections enliven this interactive, animated story. Duck lives on a farm with lots of her friends. They like to have fun, but there is something special they all love to do. ...
Wonderful app Love the combination of ancient Chinese art with original collages and a cute story line Interactive as well I highly recommend this app                 Duck Takes a Ride an art story
I love how art objects from major museum collections are animated to tell this story My three year old was captivated by it and navigated the story easily My 12 year old has played with it repeatedly as well Even though it is geared to a younger audience I think it works well for a tween like my daughter because she is able to have a deeper understanding of the histories of these objects than my three year old who was engaged but not as interested in clicking on the letter link which provided a sentence or two about the object Still I think it is great to introduce culturally significant object to very young children so those images become part of their visual vocabulary The whole thing is beautifully designed and my little one loved the sound effects and controlling them I wish Kristin Harris Designs would make this into a series and use object from the same collection to illustrate each unique story That way a child could visit the museum which houses all the objects in one story and recreate a version of the experience illustrated in the story                 Duck Takes A Ride
I feel like Im living in a Night at the Museum movie when Im interacting with this app The animations are incredible and the way these static museum characters are brought to life is fantastic Im really looking forward to seeing more interactive books in this series and I think this format is a big plus for museums everywhere Great job                 The museums have come to life
In the app real art pieces are used as characters and backgrounds in the story I think its such a charming way to introduce kids to different kinds of art And a lot of fun Its interactive with lots of sound effects and adorable animation Its perfect for kids Im excited to see more in this series                 Great for kids
