Don t be fooled into buying the pro upgrade app for 2 99 because it doesn t exist You ll end up paying for it and not have access to it You only have access to the free app I emailed them and they still have not yet responded     Scammer What are does?

So I bought the app but the attack phase recipes include chicken with skin on them specifically telling you to stuff herbs under the skin I am asking for a refund as this APP does not do what it promises to do provide recipes for the correct phase of the dukan diet     RECIPES do not match the right phases CNthinks

Eh some good recipes but they are not appropriate for the attack phase of the Dukan diet despite being categorized as such in the app         So so not all recipes are appropriate for Dukan NathaninSF

Not all the ingredients used in the recipies are allowed on the Dukan Diet Most of the recipies are for the consolidation phase         Disappointig MasterPro1

The interface is very user friendly making it easy to choose the meal you want for the phase of the diet you are in I do wish it had a better way of selecting dishes by ingredient but the search feature takes care of that adequately enough for now                 Very useful App Formazza1896

It s obvious from the descriptions and varying measures some are metric others US that these are recipes compiled from online Dukan Diet forums Which is OK since it s sort of helpful to have them all in one place and searchable But also Buyer Beware not all of these recipes are strictly adhering to the Dukan Diet phases many use ingredients NOT on the acceptable foods lists No doubt they are healthy though and there is a wide variety             Recipes from online forums just organized melora98

I m new to Dukan and have enjoyed some of these recipes The only real complaint that i have is that some of the recipes call for things that are not strict Dukan I would imagine that s okay for the Consolidation phase and beyond but not okay for the recipes to be listed in the Cruise phase Other than that this app does just what i wanted it to which is give me some more variety and options for recipes and ideas Worth downloading                 New to Dukan enjoy the recipes Vmami
