Tunes the old fashion way with the sound of the 3 notes the low D the A in between and the higher D If your hearing is as bad as mine you may have a problem They have another version for DAA no need to buy that you have the A already in this app Really they should just make one app with all the tunings DAC DAG etc just make it switchable And in reality look at some of the other more modern tuners before you buy this But it does work     Limited Gustav Nett
