I love the board game Hero Quest so much I am probably one of the only folks who still have the boxed set I loved the extension of the story line and humor it made the game an absolute delight however the glitches crashes bugs and general necessity to re start fight level game over is too much I have replayed the game from start several times completed all their updates and time after time it still crashes out each time the 5 2 boss mob casts a spell restoring the fight level game clears the hang but makes it simply impossible to kill him and therefore actually finish the story         don t set expectations Disappointments_

I understand the developers want for their game to be available and playable on older devices but that doesn t mean that people like I whom owns an iPad Air 2 aren t getting screwed over here I supported this game a long time ago and now am being told to buy it all over again to get the better graphics for it Worse I never even barley played the game and now deciding to pick it up again I find there s a better version of it available Thanks to this I no longer have an interest in playing it I ll go play Warhammer Quest or Banner Saga Both provide way better graphics and aren t asking me to pay twice for the base game Here s a thought Provide a toggle for improved graphics for those that can handle them I ve seen such a toggle in many games But then that would be less greedy     Won t Even Play It Now incoherentDream

Yes its the same game except for turn based combat mechanics And this change made the game too frustrating for me Before the update each char had a set movement allotment If he performed an action it was deducted from the movement total Now he can only move or attack Not both I threw my hands up in frustration every time I tried to play after the update Now I m just giving up Delete         I stopped playing because of this update Game Processing Unit 23

You updated an existing old game with the Metal Api enabled and then try to get people to pay all over again for it And somehow it makes the front page of the app store Pretty friggin lame     Scummy move Sopants

This a great strategy RPG for IOS The characters are pre made but are all unique and have many powers for the course of the game The enemy AI is good and provides alot of strategy in the battles The 3D animations graphics are really detailed and polished as well High recommended if you like turn based strategy games                     One of my favorite Strategy RPG games on the IOS store MarcusWN

You can check my date I got this 16g iPad new for Xmas 2012 and I have the latest iOS installed and updated I only waited this long to buy this game because of the reviews that say it crashes on start up I will edit this review later with game info or a detailed explanation of the bugs I experience if that happens but right now it starts and seems to be working I m only giving it a neutral 3 star rating because I know nothing yet on which to judge but wanted to get this up anyway just so I could let people know that it works for me so far considering all the other reviews As a minor follow up I still haven t had any bugs that make the game unplayable but the turn based combat isn t as tactical as I d hoped and the itemization is very simple The combat may improve as I start to understand the ai and I get more abilities I also suspect it may be annoying to grind gold and I m not buying anything else for this game For 1 dollar this app is worth that to me but I am a lil underwhelmed Leaving it 3 stars till I play more             Works for me Trench Soul
