Although this app works ok I am also reviewing this app as a labeling solution For a company that has been working on labeling solutions for decades this app is a toy I m not going to consider buying your connected products until this app has features that equal the rest of your product line My purpose requires a compact solution and since I already have a phone this would be sleek and ideal However this app kills the potential of the printer products I would be willing to have advanced features as add ins or pay for a separate app that can give me solutions for industries I expected this app to do as much as your other products with keyboards do but more intuitively and with sharing and saving I hope this encourages you to expand your products and develop a more robust offering that will be compact and rich         Features are adolescent delanezz

I was able to print multiple labels without the printer disconnecting between print commands It still disconnected after immediately switching to a different app on the phone but at least reconnection command seemed to work This should be automatic reconnection though or no immediate disconnection happening at all when switching apps Perhaps disconnect after a set time period such as 3 5 minutes The UI elements are not matching iOS design guidelines The pop up text entry field for labels is annoyingly presented hanging off the top of my screen until I manually drag it down to show the entire text field entry pop up Perhaps this is only specific to iPhone X though             2 0 927 seems to fix disconnection jeffrbauer

Current version does not solve this I deleted the app and reinstalled Also did forget the device from Bluetooth setting Reconnected via Bluetooth and started again Print a label and then after printing printer disconnects Quit the app and reopen and printer automatically connects             Disconnects from printer mrhoni

The post patch breakage is fixed I updated the app and Bluetooth printing to my MobileLabler worked again                     Yay It s back mabhatter

I have tried multiple printers with multiple devices With the newest iOS update 11 2 and the newest app update it WILL NOT print anything at all rendering the device completely useless I was however able to get my labels by using an old iPad running an older version of iOS 11 and running an older version of the app Even then I still can t print multiple of a label without it giving me a disconnected error Until the app is updated I would not recommend this product to anyone     Extremely disappointed Big_D89

Seems to connect to my LabelWriter but when I print nothing occurs Had to install DYMO software on my Mac to make the labelmaker print Which is fine although I bought the machine to print from my iPhone Now I wish I had bought the more expensive computer connected printer rather than believe DYMO could write a competent piece of software for iOS Printer companies are so uniquely bad at this specific task     Doesn t work Tom Harrison

The app is clean and easy to use but I cannot use it with my networked LabelWriter 450 TwinTurbo or my LabelWriter 4XL If I could print to my networked label printers from my phone that would be amazing Please look into this Dymo             Clean app but needs more capabilities cleverfreet

One of the main reasons why I even bought a Dymo LabelWriter was due to the ease of printing my online boutiques shipping labels from my iPhone and iPad NOPE Is this app even finished Like are the developers still developing this thing It doesn t have the 4x6 roll shipping label I use for THOUSANDS of orders Considering changing machines due to this issue Talk about a waste of These Dymo machines are NOT cheap     AWFUL Jenkiddtx

Great printer Terrible app Loses connection to printer and won t acknowledge the fact the Bluetooth is connected via the iPhone settings When it works app is ok but line height is terrible and it doesn t remember the last label you made     Unreliable and doesn t work Tristanbroth

Unfortunately the Dymo mobile labeler is actually a pretty trick little printer that is horribly crippled by this App for label creation I was really excited but rapidly discovered the limitations You can make much better labels on the full program and still print to the mobile labeler Of course then you have to connect the cable between printer and laptop and that just eliminates the portability of the unit I d be 10x happier with the App if I could put multiple lines of text on a single label that have different sized font On the App you can only place text boxes side by side Then if you try to change the font size it changes it globally for that entire text box This isn t a limitation in the Dymo software only in the App Makes me debate on even keeping the printer Decisions decisions     Basically Unusable A6icio

I like the printer very much When using it with my Windows 10 computer it works great However this iOS app Dymo Connect needs a lot of work The vertical line spacing for a multi line label such as a 5 line address label name street city state zip home phone cell phone is horrible using the iPhone Dymo Connect The same label printed from both my iPhone and from my computer using the same font the same point size same layout gives two very different line spacings The one printed from my computer using Dymo s Label 8 6 2 software leaves a bit of space between the lines as one would expect while the one printed from my iPhone has the top of lines 2 3 4 5 touching the bottom of the line above completely unusable for any sort of professional presentation Other than that I really like this label printer When printing from my computer it s fabulous wireless or cabled And for printing labels for the many parts drawers in my repair shop even using the iPhone will be acceptable I think Dymo have made a great start with both the printer and this iOS app but much more work needs to be done             Great start but dhbailey
