We have used OPT to file our taxes for years with their web version We love the new ipad app Simple And Easy To Use

After filling out all of my info and my familys life history thank you IRS I am prompted to get the electronic pin from the IRS web page which unfortunately logs me out of the app and now I cant get back in So begrudgingly I decide to start from the beginning and create a new account after investing the last 25 hours to this the app tells my email account already exists and wont let me Ugh argh and oh so much more Frustration level outrageously high thanks to this app

Much like their web version OPT has delivered a mobile app that makes filing taxes easy And you cant beat the price Easy to use

We have used the web version of OnePrice Taxes for several years always with a great return So excited that this year they have put out such an easy to use app Easy and Affordable

I created an account on the iPad app After creating the account and filling out some information for my returns the iPad entered screenlock mode Upon unlocking the iPad the app required me to login again Upon reentering my login info the fields go blank No error message as when I tried other passwords combinations the fields simply blank when the correct emailpassword is entered Given the fact this company struggles to manage a login screen how could they be trusted with personal information of any type A free app that is NOT worth that price
