To its credit this software very easily handles batch video conversions This said be very carefully recently I used this software to covert dozens of captured home videos from dv to mp4 formats I didn t want to keep the original dv videos due to storage constraints so I selected the option to delete the orginal videos after conversion Given that I had lots of videos to convert I dropped several dozen videos into the app and set my computer aside to let it work seems reasonable On returning to my computer I found that one of my video files was corrupted This file caused the conversion process to fail No big deal accept for the fact that the software delete all my original files including the ones it hadn t converted yet I do have backups of the files and realize I can dig the deleted files out of the trash but the put back feature in trash doesn t seem to work with groups of files and returning each one is a pain As such I suggest caution and recommend the authors address this bug             Be very carefull zknappenberger

I have tried installing on both my Mac Pro and Macbook After authenticating the program loads extremely fast into launchpad and after about 30 seconds of hanging it comes back stating that the software cannot be installed at this time     Cannot Install from App Store kag49601

Just crashes when trying to add a file     Cant even open files tripslip2000

Sure it converts ok and sends it to itunes but it gets all buggy when you add multiple files My hope was that I could convert a batch of files at once not one at a time Hope the update it soon             Wish I would have gotten a different converter jhens76
