Download the app out of curiosity and after reading the great review This app focuses on a single food group each day for a week All fruit one day then veggies the next then fries and veggies the next Etc Eat whole foods and stay clear of processed foods and watch portion sizes instead of downloading this app I have no doubt the diet works but to what sacrifice Dont waste your 99 cents
