eClinicalMobile allows providers to access the system anywhere through their smart phone. The screen has been optimized for easier viewing and to load quickly on these handheld devices. Users are able to access schedules, write ...
This piece of junk just highlights the problems with our current electronic medical systems It doesnt work and is full of bugs My schedule doesnt even show After multiple attempts with tech support still no resolution DELETE     Would like to give 0 stars
The app rarely works Frustrating Repeated time outs        Not crazy about it
Rx sent as faxes dont arrive at pharmacy I pretty much use the mobile version as a view only app when on call and need to see the med hx Its ok to use to document telephone encounters iPad version is better but once again you will be nickel and dimed           What a tease
what a sad and sorry shame this app could be REALLY useful and potentially a saving grace of the overall mothership program but instead one assumes from lack resources put into its further development it falls as far and flat as the mother Ditto to comments below re need to input full details vs PIN excessive bugginess and all in all consummately dismal experience Keep the day job folks     PATHETIC
As with much of ecw the promise is more than the reality while the app promises to bring ecw to your phone it is a clunky app that seldom works the way its supposed to The scribe functionality is not present despite the update Another disappointment in a long line of disappointments from ecw     Typical for ecw
Ive been using ECW for three weeks and way unimpressed It is full of excessive steps The main reason we chose this was for the Scribe This works poorly It will not merge anything into the note except if dictated under HPI Assessment and Treatment notes arent saved anywhere It glitches middictation regularly and returns to home screen without saving anything Weve sent numerous support orders but they are very unhelpful and even have told us that it is new to them as well and they arent sure what do either Dont go here Stay away from ECW     Glitches poor service
Review your schedule send new scripts get notifications of new labs available Send refills              Great app
Of no use to any serious Primary Care Physician The positive reviews are clearly placed by stooges of eCw not real Doctors taking care of patients ZERO stars Leonard Maltin would have rated this APP a BOMB     Embarrassingly Awful
This app deserves no star When I click help I get no help The information is so small on the screen I need a magnifying glass to read it This app is not user friendly if I need to take an hour to learn how to register so I deleted the app This is a waste of time     How Do I Enter
Better interface and no charge are you still charging for iPad app but the schedule doesnt show Saturday appointments Not sure why because they show up on the mobile site And now the schedule shows only partially since last update        Promising but
disappointed dinosaur only good on desktop same old dated web stuff wheres the original thinking     bad design missing stuff maybe next year again
Much better than web based version No crashes noted with significant amount of use Nice initial feature set Our entire group will be using soon              Excellent first step
Please update log in pin code with simple and fast Touch ID login Also telephone encounters done on the mobile app do not upload to the desktop version Please fix this              New update comments 21915
Intermittent lockouts from login slow unresponsive user experience The developers of this app can take solace in the fact that the App users are already accustomed to the eCW experience on another platform so were not surprised     Really bad
Some incremental enhancements in this app that are nice but still a long way to go Be advised that the Scribe functionality that is promoted in the release notes and documented in an embedded video DOES NOT WORK with the most current version of eCW Support is unable to give a timeline for when it will be compatible Not the first time eCW has put the cart before the horse on a feature release Also agree with prior poster No reason not to support Touch ID instead of PIN number for security        Some enhancements
You ask for a Practice ID and the Help button trys to show a way to get one that only a Geek would understand Oh and a computer is required to do this On an iPhone app Idiot Sick people are going to use this The only remedy is to have the programmer shot as a warning to others     Practice id
Version 212 now requires login with username and password each time app is closed Would be nice if we could use PIN instead           iPhone5s comments
Im giving this app 4 stars because for what features it probably should have its nice In other words I realize that an iPhone app for an EHR system is not supposed to replace the actual EHR but simply provide some basic functions when youre on the go That being said its a very nice improvement especially in the UI compared to using the eClinical Mobile website bookmark that merely opened safari on the iPhone Its an actual app However one of the main functions docs would use a mobile EHR app for is prescriptions And someone in development FORGOT TO PUT THE OPTION FOR REFILLS in the eRx functionality you can only send an eRx for something WITHOUT REFILLS Other than that obvious oversight its nice and it shows that eCW is paying attention to the LOOK of the UI something that is sorely lacking in the core PC program which looks more like Minecraft than a 2014 EHR              Nice UI but missing one obvious item
The message screen doesnt work I can see the messages on the web version but not on this app Charge entry is difficult and error prone Rounding list is difficult to manage ECW should do better     Very disappointing
Please add the ability to launch the app via URL Scheme              Need URL Scheme Support
New features like insert photo into progress note is awesome However still way too many bugs from the basic feature set I turned off notifications for TE Labs messages however it wont stop Even turned off notifications in iphone Also send escript still unreliable Many patients call me telling me there at the pharmacy but they never received my script fax seems to be more reliable Also the fact that patients can email me but I cant email them back is still a major functional deficit Also still have problems with pharmacy database and the fact that it wont tell the patients multiple pharmacies ie mail order and local also big practical problem Havent used the dictation piece yet but if it works as good as insert derm photos i might upgrade to scribe All in a work in progress please make troubleshoot the bugs           Getting better but still buggy
I have used this both on a wifi network and LTE It seems to freeze continually and is slow other times I cannot navigate This needs a lot of work It looked promising but if it takes so long who cares     Slow and unresponsive
Latest update does not allow for patient selection     Cannot select a patient
