This app would be a bargain at 20 It has everything you could want Its such a great reference tool it replaces nearly all my google queries As an engineering technician I often do not have the ability to carry a scope or frequency generator for field work or in some cases not realize I may need them until I identify the problem Having this app saves me so much space the reference formulas alone would have sold me but all of these additional features just blow me away Forgive the hyperbole but this is legitimately the best utility my phone has ever provided me second to making phone calls                 Incredible

The variety of tools and depth of information make this an excellent addition to the hobbyists toolkit I wish it were possible to add my own entries into the database eg pinouts for 65C22 various CPLDs etc but thats a quibble given how much data and useful functionality this app gives Truly an outstanding value                 Outstanding app

I normally dont write reviews but this app is worth my time to give credit where credit is due Starting with the app features numerous and very very handy The number of features grows and grows because the developers actually read the suggestion submitted Support Top notch FeatureTool documentation is pretty darn good and usually includes an explanation of the theory that is being applied though not much in some places I would like But only a few As a student this app is priceless I really appreciate the fact that there are no inapp purchases only the devoted developers adding more and more value I think I bought this app while it was in its very early version since then the rate of new tools introduced in updates appears to grow exponentially                 A developer that care about there app

UPDATE 2 it just keeps getting better Marcus has to be one of the most conscientious developers on the App Store UPDATE I have to admit but this is one of my favorite apps The updates are frequent and the developer has a conscience about their product This has to be handsdown the best app out there for the electronics hobbyist Or for that matter the electronics professional or the computer professional or anybody who needs access to this kind of information Im a computer professional and electronics hobbyist I find this app useful in both my professional life and my personal pursuits Not only is there a large breadth and depth of information but there are several useful inapp tools that make it quite useful If that were the whole of it this app would already rate five stars But toss into the mix an author dedicated to making it better and better with each release and you end up with something really special Being visuallyhandicapped I made some suggestions for usability to the author and he very quickly put them into practice This is well worth the asking price Its one of the few Ive ever bought that I can honestly say Ive been totally happy with                 Just gets better and better

Its gotten a lot better The new interface is much cleaner and the latest features are very useful such as the calculator and oscilloscope I am also especially grateful for the addition of a common units listing in the conversion table This alone makes me use the app again The only thing I would request is the ability to view past calculations in the calculator Right now it only displays the most recent result and you can only access that using ans What if you could scroll up to view past results and click them instead of using ans to get only the most recent one Anyway many thanks to the developer for making an incredible app                 Now its fantastic 1 request

I have to agree with the other reviewers I very recently purchased this app and have not even been thru most of it But the Arduino part alone is worth the money Sure there are other resistor color band calculators But this one is right here with your other tools To have the formula presented as well as the value of resistor for LEDs is great And if that is not enough there is section just for formulas For someone like me just getting back into electronics this is amazingly handy to have in my hand And I can see it wont be less so once I gain more experience Thanks                 Each piece is worth the price by itself

This is such an awesome and educational electronic circuit app I am a person that enjoys taking apart electronics but have been looking for an app like this for a very long time I finally found just the right app My dad got it as an early Christmas gift for me I love studying my circuits from my electronics but am always confused about the resistors and other parts Now I will be getting a good education from this amazing app                 Best circuit education app

I use only about 10 of the capabilities of this app and Im still quite satisfied that I paid for it I have been using it so far as a guide when I go to my local electronics parts store Bin after bin of parts just labeled with the part number and no details on what the part does Having offline access there is no WiFi in the store on my iPad2 makes it easy to find the compromise between what I want and what the store has The app is very well organized and easy to use Im glad its out there                 Amazing amount of information
