HORRIBLE Not sure if this is political or what but lists very selective hospitals I work at hospital in city w pop of 80000 w only peds ICU Nearest peds services listed are almost 100 miles away Hospital is not even listed Hope no one has sick kids I am deleting it Would not trust it in an emergency     Denise

The name of this app leads you to believe you can find a nearby emergency room but it doesnt really work that way You can search all and get a wile bunch of facilities that would not be helpful in an emergency situation or narrow down by a type of medical facility ie burn childrens etc the closest category to an emergency room is trauma but every time Ive used this category NONE of the actual hospital emergency rooms show up making this app for me useless and dangerous to count on It should be fixed or taken out of the App Store     Not reliable title is misleading

I downloaded this app after seeing it listed in an online article Lets say I tried to download it on my brandnew iPad but it came back as being incompatible So I downloaded it on my new iPhone 5 thinking this would be a handy app to have in case I ran into an emergency on the road After downloading I ran a few searches in the densely populated area in which I live in Southern California and the search results returned nothing nearby with only a few facilities showing 60 to 100 miles away There are easily over a 100 medical facilities nearby My guess is that this app is either just grossly inaccurate with the last update being in November 2011 or the developers charge facilities to be listed in their app and list only those who have paid up Either way this app is useless and potentially dangerous if youre going to rely on it to find nearby treatment centers in a medical emergency as a simple Google search will be more accurate and dependable     Outdated Inaccurate Potentially Dangerous

Nearest medical center to Venlo a pretty big town is 73 miles Yeah I dont think so Good idea but since you need to cross check with Google whats the point     Useless in The Netherlands

I live in a rural area There are 2 emergency centers closer to me than the ones on the list Hopefully when I travel it will have better information           Not up to date but better than no information
