The game is full of so many glitches and bugs as to sometimes be unplayable Cheating is rampant and recently there are a growing number of bots to do everything for you And the customer service is absolutely the worst experience you will ever have the misfortune of dealing with They don t respond to questions for help 90 of the time and then the times they do are usually met with we don t understand and thank you for understanding and patience Getting problems fixed takes forever if you are lucky and most likely will never happen anyway They don t invest money in upgraded servers etc so gameplay is a mess and the server timeouts and network failures routinely make the game unplayable All around terrible company and terrible game best option is to move along and try something from Glu     Awful Stay AWAY ScrewU iFree

I wish that there is someone I could report this game to I had a technical problem with the game and sent them in game emails posted on their fb wall and filed a formal ticket The response I can no longer send in game emails AND they banned me from posting on their fb wall It seems that if someone has a problem with the game they will ban you and not fix the problem Read their wall You will see many complaints that suddenly disappear after a few days They delete the bad comments without ever fixing the problems If there were someone that I could formally complain to I would Do not download this game for your own sanity This group is the most unprofessional group that I have ever dealt with and they are just plain rude I mean seriously banning someone for having a complaint about technical support     Crap MicahWimmer

This could be a fun app but emross war takes forever fixing things Hacks and cheats occur often and if something is messed up you have to wait forever to get it fixed Whoever is in tech department needs to be fired and they need to find someone who knows what they are doing         Hey guys Dragoon76
