there are not a lot of children meditation apps available I think this one is sufficient it s okay it does seem a bit rushed and I would like the stories to be a little bit longer until something else better becomes available it is still worth the money and my children like it Review Tall peanut
A little too speedy to relax and let go but perhaps since it is meant for a child and their minds tend to wander a little quicker it hits the nail on the head As for the guided meditation great instruction for a first timer 6 year old child to follow along Like I said the only thing I would like to see changed is maybe a calmer and slower voice and more of a pause between commands to tighten then release seems like the child would be focusing so hard on keeping up than actually relaxing but who knows Now a part of bed time Claudia.milan
