Epic Ride Weather is a simple to use app that saves me time When I plan a ride days in advance I can check the forecast and prepare accordingly I will typically run the app again prior to heading out to see how the forecast has changed This summer I used the app for a seven day bike event multiple states away It gave me an idea of the temperature shifts I could expect and help me prepare Prior to finding this app I would attempt to painstakingly check the forecast for different spots in a 60 100 mile ride Seeing the forecasted wind direction helps me to prepare mentally for the ride This is a slick app                     Time saving app osu~fan

There is simply no other application I have found that can read your routes you have taken and show you weather conditions along the way I am not a multi day long distance cyclist yet but have been on a few 50 rides as well as I commute to work most days The app allows me to find a window that if I leave a few minutes later or earlier that I might be able to avoid weather I can see how any one who is a frequent or even infrequent cyclist could make use of this application Integration with the major tracking applications Strava MapWithGPS etc make it easy to get your routes in One thing to note the applications is a trialware model you are given a limited number of weather forecasts based on your routes then you have to pay for a 6 month or 10 000 point subscription There is information within the app that gives a good explanation the pricing model just review it before your trial expires Pricing is not bad given what I am sure is a good amount of effort to create this application and support it let alone the costs associated with linking to a reliable weather source                     Awesome Application BSTMI

When you look at the weather on TV a weather app whatever you see the weather for THAT city That s fine but what if you are biking across multiple cities and multiple terrains Than you have to look up the weather for each of them And wind can often change direction during a ride Epic Ride Weather solves all of these problems by updating the weather based on the time across a ride and across the distance covered I ve actually been able to figure out my start time based on having a tail wind going and a tail wind coming home This is a no brainer if you ride a lot or a little                     Don t leave home without looking first GCoyne

This app works with Strava MapMyRide and Ridewithgps I have connected it to Strava and it works great I have a glitch with connecting to ridewithgps I emailed support and they responded right away and are working a solution You will like this app                     You need this app cyclists ka0vxi59
