Better than others because it seems to be current homes without old information I especially like the homes near me feature Asked for information and realtor responded quickly Going to meet him Friday look at a few homes searchingforhome

The selection of cities is very incomplete I tried to use it to look for property in Ogden Utah Eden Utah Huntsville Utah plain city Utah None of these cities were a selection option So I tried Farmington Utah which was a selection option and could not find a single listing Waste of time

My listing realtor recommended this app to me for the houses near near feature Great for what I needed it for then I expanded to look for houses out of state to where I would be moving It is so convenient to be able to refine a search and see multiple pictures and mls number for houses Has really aided my house hunt I love this app

It would be a hell of an app but just when I start getting somewhere it crashes Other than that its one of the best apps 4 real estatebringing it down about 3 stars Keeps crashing

i have entered several mls in the search area EVERY single time it brings up WRONG listing but if u go search the house by pricearea the same mls is there so not sure why it does that and its not just their numbers mls search bad
