I paid about 15 for a decent study Bible The recent update made it unavailable It will not open Please fix this problem I use this Bible 2 or 3 times a week 052115 The new update did not fix the problem It still crashes on launch Please fix this app I used it weekly in Bible Study Fellowship After accepting update I cant open it

Praise the Lord Love this app Easy to use and has replaced any of my other bible reading apps The study notes have been so helpful Great job Also the app developers are quick to fix issues I can tell they really care about making their app great Love this app

This app is a phenomenal study tool I bought the actual Bible in 2008 and fell in love with this translation as well as the resources it has within However it cost me nearly 100 at the time The prices may have gone down by now and left my wallet hurting however there is something to be said about a tangible product Nevertheless carrying around a 5 pound book is no fun especially when one is working on a message outside of him When I saw this app for 15 I knew I had to get it All the great features of the study Bible in one digital bundle on my iPad If you are serious about the word of God but cannot afford the tangible product or a software like Logos then this is your saving grace pun intended Greatest Bible App

This app is easy to navigate and helpful Although I was reluctant at first I have actually been using it exclusively for my Bible because it is so easy to cross reference and search in it I also have a keyboard on my iPad and so can take notes during sermonstalks This is very helpful and much faster and neater than writing in the margins of a Bible I have this app on my iPhone also The notes I take within this app however are not synced between devices So hopefully one day this will become a possibility One criticism of this app is that when scrolling along a passage it will often begin scrolling rapidly on its own and not stop until Im several books away from where I was when I began Hopefully that can be remedied soon in an update Great resource

You only update this app once a year you finally get a decent app then you discontinue it Someone needs to be fired for laziness and just plain stupidity Discontinued

Love having this on my phone for quick references if I dont have my physical Bible with me Quick and easy to use So nice

I own and use the ESV Study Bible and the ESV Bible for iPad on a daily basis Its practically impossible to highlight anything more than one verse at a time Which is something I really need to be able to do for my studies The frustration level in trying to do so makes it difficult to retain a prayerful attitude and proper spiritual temperament I STRONGLY recommend you get a copy of the app My Utmost For His Highest by Oswald Chambers and see how its supposed to be done Highlighting problems

I just switched over to the new app and I already miss the larger reading pane Is there going to be an option for that in the future The functionality of the new app is much better since it doesnt jump like the other one did I would rather have the study application built in to the new app instead of an addition that needs to be opened I feel like it is a step back at the moment but I am hoping there will be some updates and improvements made soon It was an expensive app to purchase to now just have as an addition to a different app instead of having it stand alone Why leaving this app

I paid good money for this app now they are discontinuing it and moving to a substandard app with a poor layout Theyll no longer support the product I bought but will give out the Study Bible for free on the new app Dont ever buy anything from Crossway Good News

Thoroughly upset that a great app I paid for is no longer being supported so I have to buy a second app that so horribly integrates the study notes Please reconsider this and either 1 continue supporting this current app or 2 grandfather those who already paid for into the other app and please update the UI because that is absolutely terrible integration of the study bible Terrible

Crossways ESV Study Bible App is the best way to go in electronic study bibles First this is one of the most literal translations available When other translations such as the NIV11 are going the way of political correctness and paraphrasing in my opinion Crossways ESV is as true to the Word as possible without going to the Hebrew and Greek scriptures Whereas the ESV Study Bible Kindle Edition for the Kindle App has navigation issues since its update Crossways ESV Study Bible App works ESV Study Bible App is Best
