Euchre

First of all this IS a decent app if you want to screw around kill time and dont really care about the game of Euchre But if you do car this isnt the app for you It is missing many settings for stand Euchre rules such as Ace No Face and Farmers Handand play and the written code for how time other players play is a bit off For example my partner OFTEN calls trump even when he has NO trump cards which usually results in your team getting set The partner will also go alone a lot without having one or both bowers Card statistics in Euchre are if he doesnt have them odds ate AGAINST him that I have them and that the opposing team does yet ge calls it Very poorly written code Then there is also times where no matter how many games you play even on the eBay setting and no matter how you okay the opposing team wins every hand and game Another setting I would like to see is auto lay if that is the only card you CAN play not just auto play for the last card Overall a disappointment if you like Euchre even to a small degree     Not the greatet

My partner is terrible and he calls on everything I also rarely get a good hand which makes it boring when you watch your partner get set every other hand Just awful how your partner calls on nothing and everytime        Partner

I agree with other reviewers about the partners bad trump calling and questionable leads Ive never been euchred so much Also it feels like Im seeing the exact same hands dealt But I havent found a really good euchre game so this is no worse than most           Okay not great

Expert level partner still calls trump with only two trumps in hand and will go alone with only two trumps Expert level means your dealt worse hands more often than easy level Expert level means the opponent will always get slightly better hands 70 of the time and they call trump more often Still not a bad time killer Moves faster than some euchre apps           Not a bad time killer But

Its not awful but its definitely not like playing live ComputerAI is all kinds of messed up with how they play My partner calls trump with nothing but low cards I dont like how I cant claim the kitty when I have three 9s or 10s or call a misdeal with all 9s and 10s but that is one of the perks of playing live Not bad when you need to kill time but definitely not the best way to play           Does the job

Of all the euchre games out there this one is the easiest to play and has the best options But It probably has the worst algorithm for dealing cards I played 50 games and never got more than one trump card dealt to me The computer opponents always had two or three trump cards Really Dont think that is very random or fair and therefore not very fun Improve that and you have a winner        Good but

Absolutely terrible game I would have rather set 2 on fire Your partner is awful will shoot the moon and not get a single book If he calls the trump your getting set The enemy will trump your first none trump every hand and there is no option to turn off playing a trump first hand If your partner actually knew what game it was playing I would still give it 3 at best because the opposing team always has what card they need     Do not buy

The interface is delightful I havent tried expert yet after 40 games Play on easy is definitely not for a beginner Play on intermediate has problems No matter what setting if I call alone left of loner is in effect Also at this level my partner apparently calls on absolutely nothing getting us euchred every other hand Lastly all AI players ALWAYS lead to bleed a strategy that gets old and creates bad habits playing with or against There is an ap called Pocket Euchre that has a far superior AI and far more options but annoying interface I am torn between these aps           Mixed feelings

Im not so certain that the people who created this app have ever PLAYED euchre If they have theyre undoubtedly the worse partners ever because thats how they wrote the computer partner to be You should be able to choose how aggressive your partner is        A computer only knows what you tell it

You guys need to create a app of bid euchre There is not one on the App Store I grew up on it I hate when you got a loner and some one else calls trump Please consider this Bid euchre is more of knowing what cards are out there and how to play your hand Not guessing whats left in the deck                 Bid euchre

My computer partner doesnt understand strategy or for that matter the game There are many times when it feels like my AI partner is playing against me It pulls my trump a lot which would be fine but it follows up with low off suits It also calls trump when it really shouldnt That should really be addressed           Its a great game but

There are some very poorly called and played handsgames by the AI There are games where the ai will call 4 loners and your lucky to get a trick Many other bugs also such as your partner calls a loner and gets set Dont waste your time     AI is horrible

One of the selling points to go from free to buying was better partner Partner is just as bad with this version as free Gets euchred a LOT and not so sure bout them being an expert If I knew they were this bad I would NOT have purchased     Player cant believe I paid for such a terrible partner My 6yr old could play better

Cheating game Partner is awful even in expert mode Never calls and when they do usually gets set Its basically you on your own against two computer players who order trump frequently and always have the right cards This has definitely been programmed so that they win often regardless of your level or cards so that it appears expert     Horrible

The only problem I have with this game is that the computer partner takes too many unnecessary risks in calling up trump It gets extremely frustrating when my partner and I are euchred at a much higher rate than the opposition due primarily to the computer partner              Pretty good

I didnt grow up playing Euchre like my wife so Im not an expert at all But I played this fanatically for a year and the next time we sat down for a game with the in laws they were astounded that I actually knew what I was doing This is a great app with a few shortcomings around rule options Worth the money I will say however that if you take the time to email suggestions or questions you will likely not get a response              Works for me

A good way for a beginner to learn the basics but expert mode is just plain Stoopid Oh did misspell that Thats about what my Expert does to seemingly sabotage good winning streaks which I can only accomplish if I call all the books Sometimes partner calls it right but most of the times not Even will pass on an easy book only to lose that 9 to a higher trump on the next move Ridiculous So the search continues for serious AI activity        Definitely needs a lot of work

The players arent human and as such fall into predictable patterns of play Its an ok time waster but otherwise pretty boring Good for computerized euchre tho        Its a little too easy

I play only expert level because the other two arent competitive My computer partner must be one of the worst Euchre players ever to deal the cards He often tries to go alone without either of the bowers He orders up the trump card to men or to our opponents when he has only two trump cards I his hand such as the off jack and a ten The only reason we win is that the two computer opponents are equally stupid This game is tremendously disappointing an an extreme waste of money if you are looking for a sensible Euchre game     Cornice Games Euchre

Consistently good hands by opponents make this an annoying game as do partners who order up or go alone on unmakeable hands Would be ok if designers actually knew strategy or why they felt expert just giving computer better hands           Pretty good game but

This is the best euchre app in my opinion however I wish you could select the level of your partner As in aggressive conservative etc Sometimes your partner is absurdly stupid              Good game wish you could choose partner level
