Everlance - FREE Mileage Log, Expense Tracker, & Deduction Tracking for Taxes

Updating my review for the latest version The app loads so much faster and I love the ability to add new custom expense categories with icons and notes to my expenses If youre a solopreneur tired of keeping a mileage log or keeping a stack of paper receipts for tax time this could be the app for you If you think about it someone should have done this with a smartphone a long time ago The manual process of uploading photos still isnt great but the mileage tracking works like an absolute charm You just swipe if its business related and the app keeps a running total for you a copy of your mileage receipt Would highly recommend Plus its free                 What Ive been waiting for

Dont typically write reviews but after the founder and CEO himself took the time to respond to a question I had directly I thought Id share my experience with people interested in the app Alex took the time to succinctly and graciously explain to me how Everlance servers manage user data backed up in the cloud which satisfied my query I had regarding my input data I might add he had emailed me back all within the space of an hour from my original email With so many organizations dumping apps on the store and leaving the users unsupported after initial release my experience as truly a breath of fresh air whats more is that this is for an app thats free and without ads Functionality of the app is sound and simple to use App tracks my driving automatically and allows me to easily input gas receipts with a photo in an expense report Im curious to see how smoothly the process is collating all of the data in a report come tax time next year as this is the main reason I started using the app Anyway time will tell in that regard If youre an Uber or Lyft driver try it out to track your driving Youve really got nothing to lose                 Outstanding support from the team Also simple and effective tracking

This app does everything I want it to as far as tracking revenue and expenses for my small side business Also customer support is great they respond very quickly and are very pleasant Keep up the good work                 So far so good

As someone who earns a living through my phone and my car it made little sense to have been driving around with pen and paper manually tracking my miles and expenses Ive tried other apps like sherpa and expensify but I never really got the hang of using them Ive been using Everlance for a while now and it is so natural and easy to use I feel more confident making businessrelated purchases than I did before Finally I feel like the independent entrepreneur that I am Filing my 1099 will be as easy as texting a friend Im actually looking forward to tax season                 Instant musthave for rideshare

Ive been playing with this app for about a week now At first I was a bit skeptical given my results were inconsistent But over the course of many days my confidence in the app has grown Support is definitely on top of the questions asked Got answers to my questions within a 24 hour Does a nice job of packaging your data and sending it via email to be manipulated in and excel spreadsheet Definitely worth a trial given that the app is free and its competition is six dollars a month May not be quite as fancy as the competition but if you just need basic functionality this could be your ticket              Definitely worth a try

After getting the app Ive been able to keep track of my miles so easily Used to have to log everything in my notebook but its all automatic now Cant wait for more features to come out                 So useful

I am in business development that covers the Southern California market and this app makes my life roughly about 10 times easier Mileage tracking used to be a pain but not with this app all I have to do is leave it running and drive Highly recommended for those who needs to track mileage down                 Tracking made simple

Super easy to use Not sure how the taxes will work out but so far so good for the mileage tracking I use it for uber and hopefully to track real estate miles if I pass                 So far so good

I pay 60 a year for MileIQ I use both but I like this one better The new update has really turned it in to Weapon against Uncle Sam I love it                 More user friendly than MileIQ

Ive been driving for lyft and uber for almost 2 years now and this is by far the easiest and most effective way to keep track of all my expenses and mileage for tax season its a hassle for my job If youre a Rideshare driver I encourage you to try this out I kind of get a little excited putting in my mileage for the day and seeing how much in deductions I got for that day Im up to about 30000 since January 2015 I used to write them down in my notepad on my phone Its nice to have an app track it for me and also have spots for my income and expenses I tried triplog and the other apps and used the Spending app for finances but Everlance is my goto now since I have everything in one app now Ill take easy and free any day They will also do your taxes for you As a lazy late 20s American male I cant wait to put no effort in my tax prep Same as every year except this time its ok Lyft and uber driver approved                 The best tool for lyft and uber drivers

I like that its easy to use I would like to see a way to organize the expenses saving them respectively to their income source I have 3 and counting as well as linking the mileage to their income source If there is a way please let me know It would be nice to add an image to customize income sources that are not listed for visual identification and appeal It would also be nice when I take a picture of my receipt that it enters the info for me Great job on making it easy to use now lets work on making it easy to manage           Give me more control Suggestions
