This reference book is terrific and provides everything one needs to know for canning preserving dehydrating and more I was surprised no photos or illustrations were included but thats ok Giving times and temperatures for each vegetable and or fruit is truly a necessity Im so happy I ordered this app for the money A book from kindle might be more costly but this app scrolls automatically for reading which is nice and includes an easy access table of contents Make this app part of your gardening collection this season Im certain other reviewers will agree M Great reference
